“HUGE shout out to Jay and Linda for coming through for me on Valentine’s Day. I called because it was the closest flower shop, and my boyfriend had just left for a haircut. I thought I could at least attempt to see if they could make a delivery. Obviously they were very busy ? but it was worth a shot. I stayed on the phone talking with jay because he was very kind, open and helpful. I didn’t know what I was doing or picking out….but I was going to find one way or another to get to Dutch petals just because of their customer service!Long story short, Jay was able to squeeze a delivery in to me with another delivery he had nearby me so that I could surprise my boyfriend with an absolutely beautiful flower bouquet. He even delivered it himself!!! You guys are the best and you have a forever customer.Happy Valentine’s Day”
