There was a really nice selection of equipment to chose from at Johnson Fitness & Wellness Store in Southampton. Knowing for the most part what we were looking for, Larry took the time to explain to my boyfriend and I which would most likely be the better fit for our needs. The purchase process was painless and we are excited for our delivery to arrive!

I bought a True treadmill here 5 years ago. It stopped working last week. I have called Gym Source at least 20 times. Put on hold, left messages.. Never received a call back. It is now 8 days. I was not given access to the Southampton store. There is a call center that calls are forwarded to. This is the worst service I have ever seen. Now, even though the equipment is under warranty, I have to buy a new one since we can’t get anyone to fix it. You can be sure I will not buy it at Gym Source I would give no stars ,but apparently the post does not work unless you give at least one star?
