I do a lot of driving and was searching for a car with really comfortable seats. I went to Jaguar Southampton to look at an MB they had on the lot. Didn't like the color. Ben our salesman suggested we look at the F-Pace and I am so glad he did. Love the car! The seats are the best seats I have ever had in a car. Great salesman, very personable and was excellent at getting us all the info we asked for. Our experience with Loretta in finance and Will who showed us the technology of the car was excellent as well. Great team of people there.

The worst service possible on a brand new car. Do not buy here. AC fails in August and they won’t book service appointment for over a month. Won’t even look at it. We don’t need AC service in October!

Brought my car there in June..knowing that I would probably have to be patient but each and every time I called they didn’t know who I was or which vehicle was mine! After the 3rd week that this happened I asked to speak with a manager because I was worried that maybe they gave my car away! Once I spoke to the manager, I was sure things would get better but the misinformation continued sadly. They had my vehicle for about 4.5 weeks with no loaner available to me or communication unless I called. I forgave the nonsense.. knowing times are hard. I called again for a service 4 weeks ago and they still treated me like a brand new customer. They had no availability so told me they would call me back with an appointment.. still haven’t heard back. Bought a high end car ..service is sub-par. Last Jaguar for me.

Would not recommend bringing your Jaguar here. We brought it in for a simple service, and they took off the windshield wiper senor, which of course we only found out after the car was returned to us and it rained a few days later. We took the car back to them letting them know the windshield wipers no longer worked properly and they wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars to fix them. We got a second opinion from another dealership who fixed the issue for $50. This place is a rip off.

Lost my key and ordered another key. I was told one week. Called after two weeks and was told they don't know when it will arrive. Then I was told on another call that I have to purchase a second key and that the car had to be towed in to be programmed. Once the car was there, it sat for 6 days until I called and complained again. Had they given me the true story right away from first contact, I couldn't complain about extra charges. But 6 days to program a key? Car was out of commission for almost a month due to their ineptitude and lack of proper communication. Never going back!

I can’t say enough about the experience I had at Jaguar Southampton. The staff there is extremely professional and makes sure that every detail is addressed. The whole process was such a pleasure unlike some previous experiences at other dealerships. Cara, the General Manager, made sure every question was answered and that we were happy with our new car. Love the new Jaguar F-Pace and love Jaguar Southampton!!
