I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I was there this past Friday and the staff was super rude and not helpful. I usually love stopping in your store every summer, but this time I was extremely disappointed.

Ps. You will see the store writes some nice messages apologizing to some of the customers who gave them bad reviews. Given how I was treated by the President of Jennifer Miller Jewelry, I feel I'm probably due an apology but doubt I will receive one. Jennifer Miller Jewelry is the kind of company where you can't go to the higher ups for some reason and nice customer treatment. In my experience, with Jennifer Miller Jewelry, I found the higher up I went, the worse I was treated! Buyer beware --in my experience, the customer service is terrible!!! Pps. I forgot to mention. I questioned whether this Jennifer Miller Jewelry necklace was truly "one of a kind" as advertised online. I got some weird (seemingly very defensive) responses about how apparently all Jennifer Miller Jewelry is one of a kind.

Jesse is always amazing when it comes to buying gifts. She seems to know exactly what I want even before I do. She has amazing taste and she is so respectful of my price points. My two best friends are always thrilled when I show up with a Jennifer Miler bag for their birthdays. Jesse makes it so easy and she gets it every time!

I met Jessie a couple of years ago.... she was the most helpful and friendly salesperson I've come across! Whether I'm looking for a gift for a friend ,relative or myself she gives it her all! She's as caring that I'm satisfied no matter what my price point is! If I've bought a small piece of jewelry.... a top... or many jewels(haha!)her enthusiasm and help is extraordinary! She also has been very helpful when I come in for a donation for The Coalition of Women's Cancers.. she understands how important that charity is to me.

Walked into the store to pick out a birthday gift for my 6 year old daughter. Jessie was super sweet to my daughter and showed her a lot of options. She even kneeled down so my daughter could see the items she was looking at and helped her pick between multiple pieces. She made my daughter feel special. We had to get the bracelet adjusted to fit her wrist and when we came back to pick it up Jessie remembered who were when we walked in the store making us feel welcome. Will definitely come back again

Got a fabulous diamond ear cuff and I have not taken if off since I purchased it. Love it and Jesse was a great help...I think its her favorite too!!! You must stop in and take a look at all the goodies...super great and super fun.

My experience working with Gianna from Jennifer Miller Jewelry was definitely something worth writing about! Not only did she pick up a pair of earrings from their Southampton location and drive them to East Hampton for me, but was in communication with me every step of the way. She was professional, personable and reliable. It was a real pleasure working with a sales associate that has a genuine passion for what she does. Unfortunately, to no fault of her own, the cuff earrings did not fit me as they should but that didn't stop her! Although I was given the option of returning the earrings for a refund, Gianna knew how much I loved them and instead, is working closely with their production team in NYC to resize them for a perfect fit! Being a business owner myself, I know the importance of having the right sales associates representing your company and product, and Gianna and her team go over and beyond to make sure your experience is something worth sharing. I prefer shopping in smaller specialty shops and Im happy to say, I have now found a "jewelry" boutique that I look forward to frequenting - Beautiful merchandise and Superb Service, a winning combination!
