“I had an issue with a soap dispenser that I purchased through Ferguson when we did our renovation just a few years ago. We tried getting a new insert for it, but it never really worked properly. I contacted Ferguson again and had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Rich. He intervened on our behalf, first trying again with a new insert, but ultimately working with the company to replace the dispenser.
