Dropped off my cable boxes. Oddly, the rep wanted me to leave without producing a receipt as proof I returned the equipment. I shouldn't have to ask or put in a position of convincing their support team I did, if the proper inbounding of equipment wasn't performed after I left the store.

Optimum is super unreliable and canceled 4 tech appointments without calling. But five stars to Marissa at this location, for being super patient and helpful. Fingers crossed she has the magic touch to get my internet installed after a month of waiting.
