The place is a filthy, dirty dump! I’m not sure why people would stay there and pay money for the experience! Exactly where one would pick up a disease! Dirty towels, broken doors, 80 percent of the lights didn’t work. Unclean towels. Rooms had a horrid stench!

The place to be in the Hamptons! We film here every single summer and the owners and managers are amazing, courteous, and accommodating. We look forward to 2024!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. There were three (3) people who were there for work. 2 from the UK and one from Queens. We'd never met before Thursday. We checked in to this "Party Hotel" that plays the same 8-10 songs continuously repeating them by the pool area. At first you're like "cool, good music playing by the pool/bar area. After 20 minutes, you start to notice the pattern. So we checked in at around 6:00 PM on a Sunday evening. The rooms were already paid for. We are all asked for a credit card for "Incidentals". No problem. We all handed the young brunette girl working there our own personal cards. None of us had ANY incidentals. About a week and a half goes by when I get an alert from the Fraud Prevention Department of AMEX. Someone was trying to charge my card for a purchase from "CHARLIENEST". I happened to mention this to the gentleman and lady from the UK I worked with that night. They both checked their cards. And there were attempted purchases on their cards as well from this "CHARLIENEST". I called the Capri hotel and I spoke to some who said they were the manager. At first it was "there is no way that this can happen." After explaining in detail the events and circumstances, the said they would look into it. I never heard back. So it was either the pretty young brunette or someone in billing stealing the numbers and attempting to make purchases. NEVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIIT CARD. Had I given them a debit card, bye bye bank account. Now I had to cancel my credit card and send out for a new one. So much hassle because someone doesn't want to work for their own stuff. Guess where we won't ever stay again? The Capri in Southampton, NY. There was a lightbulb out in the lamp in my room. Guess what, nobody at the front desk after 8 or 9 PM. And no lightbulb until after 11:00 AM. No one could find the front desk person. Not even the maintenance or cleaning staff. I tried to plug in my phone charger and the entire electrical box came out when I was trying to plug it in. Almost $700 per night for loud music at night so you can't sleep, no one to help at the front desk, dangerous electrical outlets, sounds like my old home in Bushwick, Brooklyn. CLEAN OUT YOUR STAFF AND PROPERTY. Ripping off your customers is a sure way to bury your business.

Smack on the area’s major highway, this place qualifies as a rundown motel, and yet it charged $800 per night (after taxes) on weekdays for a 220ft2 room, with a noisy air conditioner and paper thin walls, built in the 1960s and probably not redone since then. We had booked two nights and realised our mistake on checking in, but the Greek female manager refused to let us leave early. The office bathroom had a prominent no smoking sign but reeked of cigarettes, presumably from the groundskeeper / handyman chain smoker. There is nowhere nearby to walk, so you’re stuck if you don’t have a car. The parking area has grass growing throughout its cracked surface and behind the motel was the kind of seedy, unkempt space a mugging or drug deal might occur. Included breakfast was edible but with no variation. I don’t think the restaurant gets much business as one guest complained no one was around when he tried to check in the previous evening. Another decried her $2000 per night (!) suite overlooking the back lot as it had a non-functioning light and no water to drink.

Believe the reviews. Extremely uncomfortable beds, water noise all night coming through the walls. We got 5 hrs of sleep and had to push several times to get another room. The pool is cold. Motel room experience at $700/night.

stayed in the room that made water noise all night due to their plumbing issue. Mattress is unfortunate and old, we couldn’t sleep all night. Staff reduced to engage the manager or provide any refund. Don’t waste your money.

FAKE REVIEWS! This hotel is clearly a party hotel trying to disguise itself. All the real reviews are low stars, but if you sort by “newest” you will see dozens and dozens of fake 5-star reviews, each with a horizontal photo of the hotel as if a customer took the photo, but the photos are all of the hotel in pristine condition without a human in sight. This is deception and clearly an attempt to try and balance out all the horrible reviews. My poor parents stayed here thinking it was the charming and quaint hotel it appears to be. They’re dealing with nonstop super loud music that shakes every room. That’s a vibe for some people, but stop trying to hide the reality and deceive people.

? This place is a nightclub 24/7Music blasts day n night and is a party motel that people rent to get drunk, hook up and act out.I complained but the staff is nonexistent. Overpriced and your stay will be a nightmare IF YOU COULD GET TO SLEEP ! Horrible experience in this motel turned promotional party event venue.Called Amex to complain and the hotel staff does not even pick up the phone by design. I was forced to check out or risk a nervous breakdown from the 100 people crammed around the pool day and night while the DJ blasts techno that you feel in your organs. As far as the room, nothing worked. No tv, ac and bathroom sink. This is not an isolated event read the reviews. BEWARE! ?

Pool party and dinner. The place has completely turned itself up for the best. The pool party had an amazing crowd for all ages enjoying every minute. Theo the dj was great and could read the crowd. Overall, a great afternoon with friends, drinks and food ambiance! For dinner, wow. We went there for the opening and the staff has completely changed, fully operational, functional ND very professional. The food was amazing! We had:- zucchini chip- Oysters- octopus- burrataFor main we had- lobster pasta (absolutely delicious and recommend highly)Lamb chops (to die for and they are double! Perfect temperature)- lobster roll (generous)- Caccio e pepeReasonably priced in general! We left very happy since the management changed. Big big thank you to Richie Hosein and the team to turn this place up! Fantastic Saturday.

The music next door is too much. It plays all day and night. It’s either at the pool or at the club next door. While we stayed it went on until 3am and the next day until midnight. To make it worse the front desk does not offer earplugs. It’s a hotel that is really trying to be more than it is.Water only for purchase is offered in the room.No EV chargers.

Comfortable room. Questionable check in experience. A bit pricey for the experience. Ambiance is nice but details are not up to standard. Pool is dirty, drinking water at pool area looks like it's been there a few days, used drinking cups still cabana side. Grounds are worn and could use some clean up. Garbage outside the window of our suite.
