This store is the nicest appliance store have ever walked into the manager Phil was so nice he even offered me a 300 dollar discount if i needed a mattress I ended up leaving with a pair of water filters with a 10% discount thanks guys

My family has had a wonderful experience with Dean over the years. He’s been incredibly helpful and patient as we have slowly redone our kitchen and has provided extremely attentive and thoughtful guidance. The extensive options carried by PC Richard have made it easy to create a cohesive space and our experiences in the showroom have made shopping for appliances fun, rather than a chore. Cannot recommend a better store out on the Island!

Buyer Beware. Notice all the recent NEGATIVE reviews? As an aggregator of appliances you would use this shop for “convenience and service” only. So in theory they excel at both. Appliances can be purchased from other stores or the web. Sadly, my issue is I believe I have had to pay twice for a modest Service call done 2.5 years ago that I cannot find payment records from a since cancelled credit card (this is on me - I am not sure which one I used and would have been happy having a chat with “Mike or Al”).However I understand a “system wide accounting issue” had them not bill “for a year or so during covid” and 2.5 years later they are randomly sending invoices. TWO and a HALF YEARS AGO. I am certain I paid the invoice in 2020 but I can’t find records. I have 4x requested a courtesy call from “Mike or Al” and I am now instead getting Collection Agency letters. A $160 bill isn’t worth torching my credit rating so I paid. However I understand I am not the only one to state this is absurd and unlikely accts payable record keeping. The lack of basic courtesy to a repeat customer (my family has used them for 2 generations) results in my paying but with absolute certainty “this” will be our family’s last purchase from this shop - Esp “Mike or Al” .Sadly as anyone on the east end knows the options are extremely limited (which explains PC Richard’s ignoring my request for a call back).Hopefully something else doesn’t break but if it does I will make sure I keep better records. I will seek alternate options vs having them in my contacts list. Good trade for them? Probably not. They now become one of those companies that are happy to get as much from a customer and not worry about the ramifications - “there is another s***** walking in any second now”.Pleaser’s Appliance in Southampton gets my next look.I am incredulous that I have left this review. I guess I got off cheap. The people working at this place are not what they were over the last 35 odd years. We probably were original customers.
