It specializes in fresh, unique sausages and store-made marinades, showcasing various cuts of meat. They stock high-end dry age prime beef, Wagyu, veal, lamb, pork, poultry, and more. Everything purchased there is superb, including the best steaks and pork chops you can possibly get. Their homemade burgers, variety of sausages, and sides like twice-baked potatoes are all delicious. The amazing, friendly staff provides great service. Best butcher shop in area. There house made sausage are terrific , don’t shrink when bbqd. D’Artanion chicken & lamb chops are the best anywhere. Steve is a very knowledgeable butcher.
