This place is the worst. If I could of I would of given a -5 stars. Customer service is the worst . They give you remanufactured parts and sell them to you as New and then they don't want to cover them. they do not stand by any of their work. They take your money and send you on your way. Absolutely the worst in customer relations.

The worst. Called for an appointment. Never called back. Emailed for an appointment. Never responded. Went to the dealer. Claims I am not in the system. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM. Too bad I cannot give them a zero.

I buy about 3 cars a year and this is by far the worst dealer i’ve ever had to deal with! I got my Macan in December 2nd 2022 and i purchased the wheel and tire warranty on December 26th I put aftermarket rims and tires on so on January 3rd I put a claim in to cancel my warranty by April 2023 i still have not received my check so I called and when someone finally got back to me they said the financial manager last name is Hanley never put the claim in totally blew us off. I then started talking to a women named Richelle put the new claim in i called back in June and they said I should have my check soon. Now it is the middle of August and i still have not received my check. I have left over 25 voicemails to the southampton dealer and not one person has got back to me. Completely unprofessional. I called Porsche USA itself and they said they have to get in contact with the dealer so i was placed on a briefly hold and they said they couldn’t get in touch with the dealer either. I will never buy a Porsche again especially from this dealer. It is disgusting how they treat their customers!

Keen on buying one of their cars, have spoken to two salespeople. I can understand their lack of willingness to negotiate if they think their car is fairly priced, but they have both been very offhand, curt and borderline rude when I've told them I'm ready to put down a deposit, almost as though they don't want to make a sale. It's a shame because I really like their car, but I think I have to not buy it on principle. Dreadful customer facing attitude.

Porshe Service guy complete j**** 6 days to get a call back, only voicemail. Attitude, couldn't fix it, "thats what the manual said" 2022 with 4k miles, no root cause ,computer failure. Recalibrate, well what the ...happened, I almost got killed driving and completely stops. He didn't want to hear anything, just get out, Porsche decided to send me back out with a potential death risk rather than identify why it happened. Probably cost savings. If I wasn't out East it wouldn't have ever gone there. Think about what I said if you want to buy from them. This is my 3rd Porsche , dopey , Where's my car for 6 days no answers

5 stars so far? My last 7 Porsche vehicles were purchased from Porsche of the Main Line - an outstanding Premier, Platinum dealership. They are the pros in customer service. Southampton has a spec I want. Will be extremely interesting to see what happens when an unknown, young, casually dressed TechCryptoNFT B $ walks in unknown??? I'll let you know my mystery shopperexperiment

Be aware when you deal with them , make sure you are really want to buy a vehicle from them , or not putting a security deposit , because they are not willing to refund you the money , be careful about it

My experience is with their service department. I have left them a dozen messages to have a conversation about the scope of work on a few of my Porsches but NOT ONCE have they contacted me. Totally ridiculous and inept.

Service Dept esp Frank is the worst in my 35 years of buying Porsches. Never responds - says he needs 2 weeks to change a light bulb. Phone calls - no loaner cards, no emails - personal visits not one response after it took 2 months to get the bulb in. Never step foot into this place again. Found Reis Auto and the guy is great & did the repairs. Worst service in the biz.

Service department will rip off anyone who isn't knowledgeable about their cars. Find an independent mechanic instead.

Scheduled a service appt for the first slot of the day. Took over 5hrs for an oil change. Not even a water, coffee or waiting area offered; night and day level of service when contrasted with other high end dealers (ie, BMW Manhattan). Embarrassing service quality for any car dealer but shocking for a luxury car dealer.

Great purchasing experience! Our Sales Professional Brian McClave provided excellent customer service. The General Manager Jay Decker was also very helpful. We will certainly come back for our next one.

Came in to inquire about a 992, couldn’t even get time off day from sales department although dealership was empty. Would NOT recommend.
