I do enjoy shopping at RJ and would have given it 5 stars but the return policy is too restrictive. Only 1 week to get a return refund (?) and 2 weeks for a credit. After 2 weeks, no returns (?). Given that I can only get there on the weekends, a purchase on a Saturday and a return the following Sunday have me a credit only. So be aware!

The music in this store is horrible and so loud. They have cute inexpensive stuff but the shopping experience was extremely stressful and horrible. They need to turn down the music and pick some appropriate songs.

They have the cutest clothes! Their denim skirts fit me perfectly and they keep up with trendy items at a good cost. High recommended!!

I bought some clothes from here while they were having a big sale I wasn't able to try anything on because I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. I took the clothes home that night and tried everything on and as I was putting on a dress the strap broke! I worked two jobs and was working 7 days a week so I had to find an opening during work again one day to go and return the dress because the strap was broken. I was one day past their 7 day return policy and they refused to return my money back because they need to keep "current with their product"... the dress was still on the racks. I asked to please have a district manager call me because I was only returning the dress because it was broken and I felt like one day past was not an unreasonable request. The manager took my name and number and sent it on for someone to call me. First the woman calls me and calls me by the wrong name, so unprofessional. I asked, as someone who also works in retail, if they would just stand behind the quality of their product and return my money (meanwhile I kept everything else in my over $150 purchase) and they blatantly refused. Their customer service is pitiful and they do not stand behind their product's quality. I will never shop in this store again.

I bought a $40 pair of pants from here that fell apart within less than a month and two washes. I would give it no stars if I could. The phone doesn't work and the customer service is terrible. Don't spend your money on them, not worth it.
