  Lacking courtesy and customer service. Dropped in on 5 min before close to pick up a screen protector (didn’t have to pay for it either as I bought an unlimited plan). Had a broken glass which is dangerous to swipe on given small pieces of broken glass. The woman (Alexa) that works there locked the store at least 5 min early and completely ignored me when she saw me. I knocked on the door and waited - she did not come up pretending she was doing something. Then turned around and walked the other way. I have been a customer for over 4 years and bought 8 iPhones from her, no less also paid for their “courtesy service”. That brings me to another topic - beware of hidden fees added to an invoice (she doesn’t tell you about them when you buying a phone) for servicing your phone which the store collects on top of Verizon’s.

  We went to the Verizon Southampton store because we had several complex issues…or so we thought. Ramesh, a store manager, was terrific, helping us to remove an account, end cell service on our iPads, and providing tips for efficient cell service across Europe. Don’t think you could find anyone more knowledgeable and nice.

  Lexi and George were both super knowledgeable both about my rewards (that other stores misinformed me about) and were so helpful and spent a while helping us. We needed two phones from much older models and it took a long time to move the data over but they were so patient and made sure everything was working before we left.

  Harsha was such a great help today!!! I was having trouble with a few issues with my phone, as well as looking for an iPad. He was super helpful and fixed everything in a timely manor! Also left with a new phone and iPad for an amazing deal! Saving me time and money!

  Great store !!! Fabulous customer support !!! I was able to change my old phone and my parents. Lexi was AMAZING ! At the moment of helping me with the trade ins and explaining everything else precisely and very understandable too. The SOUTHAMPTON location is the way to go in the all the HAMPTONS !!! Thank you guys I’ll be happy to come back again with new deals
