“This store has moved to 39 West Montauk Highway. I have had watches serviced here for many years. The most recent involved a watch in need of a new band which I did not think could be accomplished. The gentleman managed to repair the watch after an hour of time and was very reasonable with his charge. And it looks great. We need stores like this to survive and I would highly recommend this one. I love Amazon, but I doubt they would have managed this job.”

Best experience I’ve had in any Rolex authorized dealer, even though they only had exhibition pieces Robert took the time to let me try on any watch I wanted and gave a realistic timeline to receiving the call for each piece.
