“My experience at Veronica Beard Southampton was just great. The store looked beautiful and inviting. Since I usually shop this label online, it was a treat to see the whole collection together. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially the General Manager, Caroline Fox. It was at the end of the day so it was quiet, and the two sales associates helped me pick out some beautiful pieces together. That was unusual and amazing - the attention. Caroline came in and added to the experience; she was just delightful. So friendly, beautiful and polished! We talked about the brand, of which she is a perfect Veronica Beard representative. She also gave me sizing information, and most importantly, her honest opinion! Her professionalism was outstanding and because of her input, I purchased much more than I had originally intended! Loved the cropped jeans, going back for my third pair.”
