“What a great feeling to have when you can actually thrust some one to work on your personal car. A week ago, on my way to work, I had hit a deer in my insurance wasn't cover deer protection plan, and my car was really bad. I looked every where to get an estimate to get my car and every one was trying to hassle me on the prices, until I reached out to Finesse Auto Body Inc in Greenvwood Lake, I actually spoke to the president of the shop name Gerry, from the time I met this man to the time I drop my car there to get work on it was nothing but pure love, professional, detailing, welcoming feeling etc, they're helping me with a car rental for free while they were working on my car. I get courtesy text to make sure that the work was been etc... Wow...the Receptionist, Fine lady too may i say, she was very nice handle my paper works, explaining to me about the procedures and how long it will takes for them to finish the body work etc...
Within less than a week, they were done with everything, I get a call to come pick up my baby, Oh my God, I didn't recognized my Bimma anymore, it looks better than it was before, what a job they did on the car, they even went overboard fixing more stuffs without even charge me extra money, their prices was excellent as well, they worked with you, make sure everything are taking care of! Listen, I am telling ya, any body who want work to be done on their cars i highly recommend Finesse Auto Body Inc. They deserve a 10 stars. Great job guys, great teams and excellent communications skills, very professional and most of all very respectful.

“After attempting to restore my 2014 5 series at a local shop I had bee using for about a year, I decided to get the work done checked by Rick because I came to an understanding that the shop guy was incompetent when it came to the minute details of upgrading the parts. Rick's analysis of the shoddy work left me flabbergasted. As it was nearly $10,000 worth of parts in labor I paid for. Got it all refunded and had CIM Motorsports take the wheel. Rick and his team are diligent, professional as well as proficient. I had my axles, ignition coils, and bushings upgraded as well as all of my fluids and filters replaced so far. I'm quite pleased and plan on finishing all of the other upgrades at CIM Motorsports. Customer service and feedback as usual is stellar as I've been there a couple of times. They'll take good care of you and even more so, your vehicle.”
“On my way to dinner with friends, got a flat tire and I pulled into a gas station. My jack was missing from my trunk and I was in a bad spot. Owner of Fran Rock happened to be getting gas and asked us if we needed assistance. Without hesitation he drove back to his shop to get his tools and helped us. What could have been hours turned into a quick pit stop from a pro. He volunteered, wasn’t working at the time and went out of his way. These are the type of people you want to do business with.”

Other shops scared me by warning me that the other driver's insurance company would be a nightmare to work with. Columbus expressed confidence that everything would be fine, and it was. The owner, John, is a straight-shooter and personally dealt with my insurance company to get repair work covered that the insurer was trying to decline. My car was hit by a drunk driver who tore the front off of it and seriously damaged my steering. It had to be towed from the scene. Now, it looks like new. I could not be happier with John and Venusti.”
