This place was absolutely amazing. These guys were so kind an honest to me after getting ripped off from another company of $103 were they would not give my money back. Southhold Ace fix the problem and calmed me down I was so upset.
They fed me with nothing but positive reinforcement treat it me like family.

I have yet been able to redeem a coupon in this store. Today I was told my coupon only applies to a 40 lb bag of bird seed. Which they don't carry. And I have never seen a 40lb bag of bird seed ar this store. And the employee admitted he hasn't seen them. And no where in the coupon does it state anything about a 40lb bag. Ridiculous

I was looking for a wrench and I was not sure what wrench exactly and I asked staff for help and they told me what type of wrench I needed for the specific project I had that needed a wrench. Staff is super nice and jolly!

I ordered a Weber grill mostly because Ace advertised free delivery and assembly but after waiting all day for them, I called to find out they just dropped it off in my backyard, without letting me know they were even there! Being a senior citizen , I was hoping for a little help setting it up and instructions on how to use! Very disappointed since I’ve always gotten great experience with staff while shopping there!
