Definitely the best Pilates spot in NY! Terry, the instructor, really knows what she’s doing. I have become a Pilates freak since I started going to Northfork Fun & Fitness. HIGHLY recommend!

Took a Pilates class here and so glad I did! Instructor was very helpful and knowledgeable great communication with booking. Mat class was challenging, Felt great results and will be back soon! A fun class to try when visiting.
