“Tulios work is amazing I have been to many body shops in my lifetime. I’ve had many exotic cars. Most body shops are a joke, they can never match the paint correctly or the paint is very weak and it Chips and dulls out lol. , but interstate 9w’s work is high end and you get high end results. tulio is a stand up guy And his body shop is cleaner than most people’s houses. I took my 2019 Audi a4 and got my bumper repainted and he did a great job and matched the paint perfectly and I also took my previous 2018 Audi r8 for the bumper as well and he painted it perfectly. Today I took my Audi r8 2021 to replace a piece broken in the bottom back bumper and once again he came through. If you want a real body shop with high end services and high end results go to tulio. Great guy”

Found this station from other reviews; was pleased that the mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly (rusted bolt on exhaust pipe flange), fixed it and got me back on the road in under two hours. All at a fair price! Was especially pleased that he explained the problem to me, noted the cost before starting, and took the trouble to fit me into his day, even though I just showed up out of the blue.”

“Overall, I’m happy with the quality of the shop, they painted & blended the hood of the car to match almost perfectly. Vehicle took a little over a month to finish (not on them, many parts are on back order.I have OCD so I notice everything. unfortunately when I picked it up the window panel in the driver side was heavily scratched :(. Also the bottom part of the front bumper had a scuff. Neither of these parts had any defects before I dropped it off. Car had 789 miles at the time of drop off.I should’ve done a more thorough check upon pick up, I was just too excited to finally have it back after more than a month of waiting. The hood had a very small spot with no paint on it and I pointed it out to Richie. He proceeded to add some touch up paint which was better than before, however this should’ve never been the case since the hood was just painted over).Overall I’m happy with the work done here, I might be nitpicking since those scratches bother me (most people wouldn’t notice or care). This is why I’m giving them 4 stars, like I said previously I’m happy with the overall work and customer service was top notch.”

“I had a lovely experience at this establishment. I was driving from New England, on my way to NJ, when one of my tires blew out an exit away from Master Mechanix. It was late and dark out when it happened, I was unaware for a few miles how bad my tire was. After the loud noise and all the lights on my dash became aglow, I knew I had to pull over immediately. I camped out in the parking lot until they opened at 8am, nearly 6 hours after I'd arrived. Got started on work and everything (I'm 100% remote). Master Mechanix and the tire shop next door worked seamlessly to get me on my way, with 4 new tires in less than 4 hours, and they came in with a fair price. Every employee I dealt with was polite and informative. I am very pleased with the service I received, and would definitely recommend Master Mechanix Inc.”

“Primarily I went to have an inspection, but I also let them know that there's always a noise whenever it rains or right after the rain. They fixed the noise problem free of charge since it was a minor thing to do. They also let me know that at some point the links for the stabilizer need to replaced. I scheduled an appointment for the replacement and there's also the price on it, which is very helpful so that I'm aware of how much it would cost.
