“I had an issue with my brake line where I got a repair done but a month later the problem popped up again. The brake fluid tank was completely empty from a continuing leak. I'm new to spencer so I thought I would try calling Spencer auto and after hearing my issue they got me in to check out the problem right away. They were super helpful and found the problem. I was able to take my car to get the issue resolved for free from the original shop to correct their bad work. Without getting a second opinion from Spencer Auto I probably would have been taken advantage of for a lot more money on a job badly done. They definitely won a new customer out of me and I won't be going back to that other shop.”
