“I've lived here for over 3 years and have enjoyed my experiences with the management and maintenance crews very much . Nicely maintained units, they've been refurbishing each one as it vacates which is great. Rent includes utilities, and they allow cats with a reasonable monthly fee, which is the lowest I've ever paid to have my cat. Neighbors are very friendly and mostly stick to themselves (no nosy nellies!), coin-op laundry in the common area. Snow removal is always prompt, they keep the hallways cleared, and they provide recycling bins and 2 dumpsters for trash. Spencerport is a wonderful village and the apartment complex is located fairly centrally - easy to get around and within walking distance to shops or downtown! I'd recommend Gaslight Square to friends and family ?”
