Highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a used car if you are on a tight budget. Kyle was our sales representative and he was very nice and helpful! Only downside was the turn around time on the financing portion but if you have patience then it shouldn’t be an issue ! They did everything in their power to get us the best loan for the car with a low interest rate & the communication was very smooth ! Very satisfied !

I had never bought a car from a dealership, and I was nervous, given how used-car salespeople are portrayed in the media. Kyle Baker could not have been further from the stereotype! He was friendly, helpful, low-pressure, and gave me honest, helpful information at every turn. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an older car. I love the Honda I bought from him!

That lot is full of it. I Tried to get a car that cost 10,000 off the lot they said the bank wont finance it due to high mileage.But they were willing to put me in a car with higher payments. When i wouldn't budge they stop communicating with me. They refunded my money without me knowing.sad

I've been looking for a Ford Truck for about a year and a half. I finally found one I thought was worth looking at, at a price that was fairly grounded in today's used truck market. A 2016 Ford Lariat, under $20,000. My salesman, Kyle Baker made it very easy to purchase this vehicle. Kyle let me take the vehicle to my mechanic (about 20 miles) without hesitation. After my mechanic approved, I purchased that vehicle. Kyle was no pressure from minute one. He made it very easy and actually pleasant. At the end Kyle had my vehicle impeccably clean and was very efficient with the closing paperwork as well as explaining the many electronic options on the fully loaded F-150 Ford Lariat. I'm still figuring things out about the electronics and such but upon leaving Kyle told me if I have any problems figuring things out just to give him a call and he'd help me out. Not only would I recommend Bob Johnson Budget Lot, I'd recommend you ask for Kyle Baker to take care of your sale. Thanks Kyle.

Staff was friendly and helpful with the questions I had. The vehicles available aren't plentiful but there are some decent ones. I personally am not to keen on the process that use for selling vehicles off this lot but it made sense when explained.I am not bothering going back again but that's just my experience. They did say they may be able to approve me even with less than stellar (shot) credit though so that is a plus.

Bought a car 4 days ago the fist night the headlight is out how it got inspected with no headlight I don't but told to take they would fix but they want to schedule an appointment in the future instead easily fixing it. So I had to buy my own bulb which might be the problem i have to have a friend fix or wait for an appointment. Unbelievable how you can buy a car and the headlight doesn't how they get away an inspection but they at all on a car i bought 3 days agowere bot helpfully

I would highly NOT recommend this place unless you want to be screwed over. I took the suv I was looking at for a test drive and then the salesman threw me to the wolves once I said I was interested and needed to start paperwork.. once the paperwork was finished they asked for a hold payment that way it was not sold from under me. So I put a bill down just to be sure. Now the vehicle was claimed to have a little over 46,000 miles and come to find out later it actually had over 96,000 miles on it.Of course I texted the salesman about it and he made excuses left and right that what I was seeing was wrong and was an old listing when it came from their website with the “new” sticker posted right on it. So I proceed to text him the next day calling the deal off and and told him to send me my hold money back(which I handed the receptionist cold hard cash)I texted him this on 9/7/23. Waited and waited patiently for it to come In the mail.. over a month goes by. Called him finally last week to find out where my money is and says oh you didn’t receive it? They must not have filled out the paperwork….. meaning the salesmen didn’t. But I did finally get my money back after literally bugging and calling this dude 3-4 times but that’s not right especially in todays economy. To each their own but do your research before considering this place because frankly, Isn’t worth the drive out there.

I would not recommend this dealership. There was a car listed on their website with no pics. I called and asked about the car and I was told the car would be on the lot at weeks end. They took my name and number and said they would call me when its in. I did not receive a call but check the site at the end of the week and noticed pics were posted. I called back and spoke with the same sale rep and asked if the car was available and if I could come see it in a couple hours. It was he replied. When I arrived The car was sold. I did not receive a call saying that it was no longer available. Being frustrated I decided to look at another car on the lot. This one was available per the same sales rep I've been working with. The car was pulled around and set up for a test drive. While checking the car our in the lot a different sale rep (who was dressed in a T-shirt and shorts) came out and asked me if I was interested in purchasing the car. I replied "yes". He then began to tell me that he sold it this morning. The car did not have a "SOLD" tag on it. He did say it was noted on the board. To sum up, this place is very unprofessional. They have a lot to learn about costumer service.

My father and I were looking for a used car within our price range. Our first find was not what we were looking for but Kyle made sure to find something for us within our price range before we left. Kyle was very friendly and made the purchasing process very easy for us. I would recommend a friend who is looking to buy a used car here because they are constantly adding new cars to their inventory.
