Fantastic Chevy dealership. My service appointment here went great! Making an appointment was quick and easy, even during Covid. They are fairly priced and work fast! Everyone was very friendly and the facility is clean. Highly recommended for Chevy service!

Just purchased a used truck from websmart last week. When I test drove the truck it was always warmed up. A day after I brought the vehicle home I noticed a tick in the engine. Brought in to have them look at it and there is a hole in the exhaust manifold which they will not fix. The heat from the warm truck must have covered the leak in the manifold. Also during service I had 2 leaking tires sealed, tires are holding pressure. Car came back with grime all over steering wheel and rims covered in black sealant.

Avoid this place like the plague. From the clueless sales people to the incompetent service dept, this place is a disgrace. This place doesn't have a clue what the definition of 'customer service ' actually is. Worst experience buying a vehicle ever. Most ignorant, incompetent people ever. It's just a real shame that Bob Johnson has his name associated with this place...

Looking for a vehicle? Just ask for Travis you will not be disappointed. The dealership is nice and atmosphere is casual. Travis went above and beyond to fit our needs. He was really helpful and down to earth..wish all salesmen could learn from him.

This was my second time being helped by Sam. I bought my suv with her last year and this year I brought in family members to purchase a vehicle. She was awesome and great the whole process making it easy and keeping in touch with any concerns or questions we had. We must say so far very great service and pleasant visits with her. My family member did purchase a vehicle with her help. I told her that the tires on the vehicle they wanted to purchase looked worn out. She listened and had 4 new tires, and break pads put on vehicle bought by my cousin. She’s awesome!!!

I wouldn't ever buy a vehicle from more of a bunch of lier's. I had a agreement with a salesman that was never so much of a ear full of lies !! When I drove over a 100!! Miles to go get my so called used Denali. Believe me was used! Door handles were falling off. Don't get me wrong I know used means used but come on! 21800 was my deal out the door. When I got there all the sudden my used bald tier falling apart Denali was 245600!!! I was never so disappointed! They didn't even try to work with me. The sales person I was working with quit! What does that tell you! If you read this please take it seriously. Don't make the same mistake I did. There is real people out there.

Before they they changed hands this used to be a good place... Just brought my car in for regular routine maintenance, and now my car is all messed up when it was working fine before I brought it in. Also somehow they got my dad to spend 160$ in a front end allignment which made my car almost not drivable in horrible blizzard conditions and I have my 5 yr old in the back im very upset . We have brought I'mm vehicles there so this stinks, bringing it back tomorrow and demanding they fix it to the working order that it was in.

No real happy with them from sales people to the service department. Let's just say I will never go back. I have found a Chevy dealer with a service department and sales group I feel I can trust.

Took my Traverse in today because the A/C was not working. It was blowing out hot air and I was going out of town for the weekend. I was looking to schedule an apt. for next week. Cindy Ladd wrote me up and said she would see if someone could check it out. A few minutes later she came back and said it was being worked on. In less than two hours my SUV was back cranking out cold air and i was on my way. Thanks Cindy and Websmart.

I had an exceptional experience at Websmart Auto Chevy ( Bob Johnson ) . I'd like to personally acknowledge my sales person Vince Epping . From start to finish he was invested in my needs and listened to what was important to me . Not one time did I feel pressured ! Vince did a great job with communicating with me as well as to how the process works and what to expect .He was honest and upfront with what he could do , and what wasn't realistic. I'd also like to acknowledge Joe D for his professionalism as well . He was a stand up guy and further validated why I choose to do business with this dealership. They care about people and don't take advantage of folks like some dealerships do . I am inclined to believe they prefer a relationship with customers for future business as opposed to a one time sale !

Went in there to inquire about the new Corvette. The person I spoke with said we could figure out the options and that it would be $10k above whatever the end amount was. I asked why and his response was, 'uh, because that's just what it is.' Told him I'd be willing to pay msrp but refuse to do business with a dealer like them if that's how they operate. They are the reason why dealerships have such a hard time getting away from the negative exposure of a new car dealership. I won't ever do business with Websmart Chevrolet and I hope GM comes down on them hard for their rotten business tactics.

We bought a truck there over 8 months ago. We had an issue with the wiper motor, we just wanted them fixed. We paid asking price, we didn't think it was unreasonable to expect wiper motor to work driving off the lot. Service was terrible. They dodged us for weeks. Wouldn't return our calls. Finally they got back to us after a poor Facebook review. They promised to pay our local mechanic to fix the wiper motor. Usually they don't allow this, they want you to come back to their shop. We were uncomfortable driving the truck in the middle of winter without wipers, it was a safety concern, they understood and said our mechanic could fix it and just bill them. Fast forward 9 months—THEY NEVER PAID THE BILL!! So I messaged the same thread on Facebook, left several messages. No response. Today we paid the bill in full to our mechanic, we could have been sent to collections because Websmart can't follow through with a payment? I tried to message them again to sort it out—thinking it had to be a mistake. THEY BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK. This is no mistake. We are reasonable people, we don't leave bad reviews for fun or expect something we haven't earned. This business is an absolute disgrace. I would never want this to happen to someone else, so I wanted to tell our story. Would leave zero stars if that was an option.

This place sold me a SUV that's not worth what I paying for it, a month getting the SUV I had to pay over $400.00 to get stuff fixed and my check engine lights back on and I have a headlight out my remote started stopped working only 4 months having the SUV I would not recommend this place to no one sorry with my bad experience I would go else where
