“I came to this location a year ago and had a creeper customer follow me around so I really had not felt safe coming back until recently. I attempted to go to the Hilton location but somehow I missed they closed. So I opted for this location since it's the closest near by. I am glad I did.The employees were very welcoming from the moment I walked in to the time I walked out. It's a clean dollar general with a little bit of everything inside. It is very on par for the locations down in tennesee where the company is headquartered. This time there wasn't any creeper customers so I will definitely be back”

“Well like most Dollar trees it's a little discombobled but there is a lot of stuff here. Pretty much everything you could possibly need. I had a list and I think everything that was on my list I was able to get there. Walked out with a lot of stuff for $67”
“So my bride was assisting in a bridal shower and decided to go out of her mind overbuying things for the shower and we had to return a number of items. With any place returns suck. She asked me to go with her and to my amazement it was actually a pleasant surprise. We were first greeted by someone who I didn’t catch her name but she deferred us to Georgia who I’m sure had no interest in dealing with us but assisted with nothing but pleasantries. You gave us the prerequisite that we may not be able to exchange all items due to them not all being available at this specific location and we understood. We found our new items to take place of the previously purchased and came to the register. This was 10 mins before closing time. The transaction was swift and the conversation was pleasant. This blew my mind and I will never hesitate to shop at this location. This speaks volumes for a lost art of customer service. Her performance should be commended. Thank you Georgia!”

I’d like to specifically recognize Dennis for his exceptional help. He was fantastic both over the phone and in person, making sure everything was set for my visit. I also want to commend Shaquita. “This is a great store. So many items to look at. I can spend quite a bit of time there. I see a lot of older shoppers, including myself. In this economy, low income people can afford to shop there.”

“By far one of the best DG stores I’ve been to! All of the employees are very nice and helpful, I’ve never had an issue. I travel 40 minutes to come to this store and have been a little over 10 times now and it’s always well worth my trip! My most recent trip I bought quite a bit of items and had to wait a while for the register to catch up to finish the transaction, I’m 9 months pregnant and one of the employees got me a chair to sit in which was so nice of him! I can’t for the life of me remember his name or the other workers names but once I do I’ll try to edit my review because they all deserve recognition! Highly recommend, they also just remodeled their store so even better! I will be coming back in the next couple of days to shop again ?”
“Clean and orderly, was only messy in aisles where seasonal products were being swapped out/put on sale. Sometimes they have their shipment carts all over the place on truck days. It's just they are busy and don't work overnight to stock. Prices are very reasonable too”

“Are you sick and tired of looking around and just seeing a chaotic mess….well I have some news for you….
The Dollar Tree in Stoneridge Plaza is…wait for it…a breath of fresh air! The store is super orderly, clean and well stocked of any others in the whole of Rochester and probably the surrounding areas.
Nothing and I mean NOTHING was out of place. I just kept walking around flabbergasted in some form of disbelief.
All the credit goes to the wonderful staff for all their hard work and dedication!

Thank you for having a public restroom. Everybody else didn't have one. The two Dollar general you had the restroom I mean what do they expect us people on the bus line to do there ain't no nowhere to go
I updated four bus stops on the way to your shop. This way when it's raining out we can have some cover. And also I've noticed there's a lot of old people with walkers and a lot of people in wheelchairs getting on these buses and they need some place to sit people be sidewalks need to be shoveled. I don't know what to expect. These old people and walkers and wheelchairs to do with snow on the freaking sidewalk at the bus stop but think about yourself.”

“Okay full disclosure. My brother got married now it's his first wedding and he's over 60 but they're very much in love. She's wonderful. They just wanted to have something simple. I basically did the entire wedding for under $500 and that includes the food because I got a lot of the stuff from Dollar tree mixed with the right amount of fresh flowers and a few higher end knick-knacks. It looked absolutely amazing. Her side of the family was asking me if I was a wedding planner”
