Since this the only way to get someone's attention Tara needs a partner or assistant. She is terrible with communicating, they expect you to wait for their personal issues going on before you can get any type of service that you pay rent for. If you are looking to move here DON'T!!!!

This apartment complex needs new management, a manager....something. Being in Spencerport village is really the only thing positive. The apartments are old old old. Baseboard heating in every room, antique appliances, no microwave. Lighting fixtures are very outdated. Foyers are not vacuumed, windows aren't cleaned. The grounds have garbage on the lawn, rotting pumpkins in the bushes. The place is just gross. They charge $1200. A month and have nothing to offer. No pool, playground, gym. Keep looking. I have pictures to show the housing authority. If I could attach them here I would.

I have lived in Hilltop for over 10 years and have moved around to a couple different units. I have had a good experience here over my time and appreciate the management and maintenance staff! They do a great job and are generally always available or get back to you in a timely manner!

I have lived here for 12 years and have not had any problems. Hilltop View is a quieter complex and is well kept. Many updates over the years such as siding and windows along with biannual sealing of the parking lots. Maintenance issues are responded to in a timely manner. I highly recommend Hilltop View.

Don’t let the other comments deter you away! All places are being renovated once old residents move out and I got one of those. I have a single bedroom and it’s perfect with new carpets, counter, newly painted walls and cabinets. Have had no issues with this place at all. I would highly recommend!

That review above is hilariously wrong. Still bug problems abound that they won't do anything about, Constant mildew on the walls during winter. And lets be real here the maintenance staff should not be angry about having to come in and do their job, I really don't appreciate them grunting and grumbling when they came in to fix my heater.

Horrible customer service. I called to get information about their community, but I have already decided that they are not worth it. I mean, if they are rude and display that they have no time for you over the phone I can only imagine what their residents go through. I wish she would have asked me if I needed anything else before she hung up with me but hey may they are sooooo busy that do not need new residents. Word of advice: Candice work on your presentation of details, your customer service, and before you answer the phone make sure you are committed to offering genuine help. If you were busy you should not have answered the phone. I simply had to leave a review since you are the face of this community, they may need to replace you.Your lack of enthusiasm, lack of an actually greeting, I actually had to ask for your name because I was so surprised at your attitude towards helping someone who knows nothing about your community. All of that brief 15 second phone call ending in you hanging up on me although I had additional questions lead to this review. To bad I was never invited to come tour your community. Your loss.
