Would've been great if their website indicated their limited hours and "not open to the general public" signs in the window. Wasted an hour driving here for nothing. The worst part is seeing (who I presume is the owner) in the window pointing to the limited hours sign. Thanks for nothing. Would love to understand how closing an hour early protects anyone from corona, or why they wouldn't open the showroom when Walmart and malls are open. Guess you don't want my money--point taken.

I had 2 tires (Dunlop Sportmax Q3+) front and rear put on my Kawasaki Z1000 last May 2019. I only have 900 miles on the tires April 2020, when I noticed the rear tire split in 3 places along the bead area. I also just noticed that the balance dot is 5" away from the air stem and it's supposed to be centered. Manufactured date on the rear damaged tire is the 34th week of 2017. I brought the bike back and experienced the following: I go to the shop to explain the situation and the tech that did the work said it would be on Dunlop. I explained it also had a balance issue and the balance dot was off, I got no response. I politely requested to talk with the owner and I volunteered to pay half the cost of a new tire. The owner (Bill) upon meeting was very abrupt/hostile without provocation. I merely introduced myself and explained the issues when he went on a rant about the seriousness of Covid 19 and that I shouldn't be worried about tires and I was making a big deal about it. Mind you, I have addressed him with respect even after his rant, calling him sir and asking him why he was taking things to an unprofessional level. I requested he look at the tire and he agreed but said the best he'd do is a free mounting/balance and I would have to pay for a new tire. I offered half the cost of a new tire and he declined. I asked him in his opinion did he think the tire was still serviceable and he said "yes." I thought to myself "You've got to be kidding me"....These are speed rated tires 73W to go in excess of 155 mph. I don't trust it, period. I left it at him stating, "it'd be fine, I've seen worse" and left the shop. Until this incident I bought all my supplies, accessories and service work there but I'm now done. My bike is at another local shop now having the tire replaced and they told me they'd contact Dunlop for me. I figured if I'm going to pay again even it's more it'll be from folks that respect their customers.

Fantastic place to buy vehicles, parts and accessories. Service is just as great. Always treated well and the sales process of my new UTV could not have been smoother. We take all of our bikes there for service and buy all of our accessories and helmets there as well. If they don't have it, they can get it and usually fast.

Just tried to take my bike down there for an inspection and arrived 20 minutes before they close and half way there the bike started having engine trouble. I pulled in and the service guy asks if I have an appointment. I told him no. He says you should have called. I told him I did call several times no one picked up the line so I decided to drive down. He tells me he's backed up 2-3 weeks. I told him I'm not in a hurry and i can wait. He then tells me he doesn't want to store my bike for weeks. I told him it's rush hour I don't want to drive it back during rush hour due to the engine trouble. He turns his back on me and walks away! I had to yell back twice. Can I leave it a couple hours till traffic dies down!?? He finally answers yes. I doubt I'll be going back till I talk to the owner in the morning.

Checked their website and it showed they had the bike I was looking for (Suzuki tu250) so the next time I made it to Rochester from where I live I double checked the site and took the drive over to see it. Looked around the showroom lots of bikes but not the one I was there for so walked over to the 1 sales desk and after standing there a bit (I was the only person in the place) asked the guy about if they still had it and he said yes but it was in the warehouse and needed to be put together. Mind you this is 2017 leftover model no 2018's told me to come back in 2 weeks and he'd have it together for me to see and just went back to whatever it was he was doing. Jump ahead 2 weeks to today, stopped in to see if he had the bike together as he told me, said he didn't have it put together but if I was "really interested" he could have it put together after the weekend, seriously? Would I have driven back the 50 miles if I wasn't interested?! Very poor business people no wonder there were so many leftover new bikes there as well as all the others. I obviously will not return to this business.

We just bought our 8th off-road vehicle (dirt bike and ATVs) from Hollink. There's a reason! We always get a great deal. We've always gotten a great trade-in value. They've always treated us great! They've always done what they can to make us a satisfied customer.
