I have gone to the same hair stylist for 30 years. I started going to Christie when I moved to Spencerport. I LOVE her. I'm used to going home from the hairdressers and fixing little things. When I leave Christie my hair is perfect! I'm so glad I finally switched. She also cut my grandaughter's hair and it's adorable. She was so patient with her too. And her prices are very reasonable.

I LOVE Alea. She pays soo much attention to detail, she pulls and cuts your hair at every angle. Really just does a fantastic job! She is so incredibly nice and everyone in the studio is super friendly. The best little hidden spot for an absolutely perfect haircut!

I find Christie to be an amazing hair stylist. She pays attention to detail. My grey roots are stubborn & she has experimented in ways to cover them. I am thrilled to find a great stylist so close to home here in Spencerport!

My hair stylist, Alea, does such a beautiful job on my hair. My hair is curly and she does a perfect cut on it. She has also dyed my hair and I absolutely love it. She takes so much time and effort on it and really gets my hair so healthy looking. She is the best stylist because she is so patient and her attention to detail just makes her such a good hair dresser. Highly recommend.

I used to be a client of Alea Wratten Floyd. But her negative attitude really turned me off. She has done botched hair colors on me and I've had to return to her to get color corrections. She has made it seem like she is never wrong and that I'm being extra because I wasn't happy with the colors she had put on me. She even took an attitude with me because I had expressed that I wasn't happy with the color she had put on my hair! She is very unprofessional because she gossips about coworkers and clients. I've worked in retail and this is a big no no. You don't disrespect customers. Or talk bad about your coworkers to the public.The last time she cut my hair she put an orange on my hair that looked like a bad bleach job. She gave me a very blunt haircut. I was so upset about my hair I was crying. I texted her saying that I didn't know how to do it and I was unhappy with my hair. She had the audacity to say to me that I was being dramatic! Unreal. She is rude, unprofessional and has a very negative attitude. She needs to learn people skills and empathy. She used to call me, friend. Well that's not how a, ' friend ' acts. She needs mentoring to learn professionalism.By the way the people who gave her positive reviews are her personal family members. Mary is her mom. Tyler is her nephew.Services: Haircut

I just have to start off with how amazing Alea treated me while I was getting my haircut done. She has shown so much empathy and kindness. She was so negotiable with me. She has been the best hairdresser I’ve gone too and always gave me great deals with what I wanted. She always greeted me and never was rude . Alea Floyd is THE best. We have gone to her for YEARS. She has done all our special occasions, (proms, weddings and graduations). She is kind, respectful and has bent over backwards to accommodate us. We followed Alea to this salon, despite the increased distance for us. That is how much we LOVE her!

I have been a client of Alea Wratten Floyd for at least 20 yrs. I have never had a bad cut or color!!! I don’t understand the review of one star because Alea has always had empathy and been professional!! Never have I heard her talk about anyone badly!!!!!! In fact if your having financial trouble she tries to charge less than she should. Which most salon stylists won’t do. I love Alea, she has been the best stylist ever!
