My son needed his steering wheel and seat tightened and adjust. His chain was also off track. They were able to fix the issue same day. We took the bike on a Saturday afternoon almost close to Two weeks ago. Fair pricing and would definitely return.

Needed a new rear tube for my mountain bike... wasn't even sure I'd get it back that day. Came in and he immediately began work and had me back out the door in about 15 20 minutes... very reasonably priced, friendly, and fast service.. 10 outta 10 would recommend to anyone... thanks alot for the qwik service

The owner is always honest, fair, patient, and polite. Recently, I brought my 15-20 year old bike in that had not been used in 2 years. I told him to replace anything he needed to (breaks, chain, cables, etc.). After a inspection he called me and said everything looked good as it was and nothing was needed. He could of replaced everything and I would never of know. GREAT customer service!

Visited today for the first time. I'm building a "Klunker" and told the person working that I need a BMX chain sprocket (the amount of teeth didn't matter) his response in an arrogant way was "If you don't know, I don't know". Then said he didn't have any sprockets, but behind him hanging were several. Very unprofessional! People like that should know that not everyone has the same insight when it comes to bikes. I needed guidance, maybe it's because I'm Hispanic that he treated me that way.

Busted a spoke and bent my rear rim on day 1 of my Erie Canal tour. Thought the rim was a goner for sure. Luckily, I was close to Sugar’s, five minutes off the trail. Damien saved the rim and popped a few replacement spokes in while I got lunch at the diner next door (get the Rueben there, it is ??). Price was a bargain. Lifesaver.He was also jamming Ernest Ranglin at the shop, who I hadn’t heard before, but who has now become this trip’s official soundtrack. Bless up! ?

I'm glad we have a bike shop in Spencerport however they could be much better. I've had two encounters with a technician who has made it clear that I am an inconvenience - simply for buying parts! I would recommend that others prepare for a less than stellar experience - until they find a nicer person to man the register.

I went into this bike shop to inquire about some bike accessories. The owner answered my questions. I went there a second time to look at some more items and inquired about a bike rack for my girlfriend’s car. Then I brought my girlfriend there to purchase a bike rack. I asked the owner if he could show my girl how to put the bike rack on her car. He got very upset with us and said that he didn’t have time and that we would have to buy it first. He was upset because I was in the store before and didn’t buy anything. His whole attitude was way out of line. We walked out. That is the way he treats customers? I would not buy anything from his store if he was the last and only bike store on the planet. There are much better bike stores in town.
