I’ve lived in one of their apartments for over a year, a friend of mine had the same apartment before me for 9 years. I had no issues with plowing and they certainly have email. They care about their tenants.

If I could give 0 star I would. After the one year lease you are automatically put into a month to month lease(which is good when your trying to find a house and could be ready to move anytime) they require a 30+ day written notice when ready to leave, which I have provided to them. But since my roommate is staying in the apartment, they refuse to let me off the lease (because my roommate cannot afford the rent) so I will be liable for back payments. So wouldn't you think they should tell my roommate they need to move out? Nope. They claim he could stay in the apartment 5+ years and my name will still be on the lease! I have never heard of such a thing.. I took all the right steps to be a successful transfer, but now I need to find legal help. They also prefer cash or money order which is weird, and have no email to contact them in writing. Something seem fishy about that?

It's a wonderful building. I was there for an appointment with Spencerport Optical and received the very best care that I always have with Dawn, Keith and Dr. Mecca!

This place doesn’t fix anything. They never plow so if you don’t have a Vehicle that I can get through a lot of snow you will be Shoveling so you can get in and out of your own driveway. If something needs to be fix they expect you to find someone to fix it.. You can’t move between November and April!

Place doesn’t plow or fix anything... ask them to plow they say “we get their when we can” they don’t... call them when our hot water was off they didn’t even call back till 3 days later... only thing good about this place is the price.. don’t expect them to fix or plow (even tho they have a plow person) just terrible to their renters..

Went to Family Optical to pick up n my glasses. They are wonderful people, but I can't speak about any other business.

Replaced screens, thermostat, door locks (when my step daughters apartment was broken in to) and they did nothing. Had mold in the kitchen cabinets from a leak in a water pipe. Wait til you see the storage area with dirt floors. And oh yes. They have a laundry with rusted washer and dryer. The place is a dump
