Great Walgreens location for Spencerport residents.
Very convenient, plenty of parking, and always clean and cozy inside. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is consistently good. I genuinely leave this store with a pleasant feeling every time.

Having a puppy who takes controlled substances is difficult especially when the medication needed isn’t in stock but Denise went above and beyond calling to other Walgreens to see if they had his medication in stock. Thanks to Denise my puppy has his medication!

Needed a prescription filled in an emergency. Its one of those medications that if you miss a dose you have to start over with something different because it stops working. Called the doctor late morning and had her send it here because it's close. Doc said they got the order. Gave them plenty of time to fill it. Went to pick it up at 6pm and they never heard of me. They had the order but didn't fill it. I did not have time to wait and I could not come back later. I told them not to bother.

I live nearby and have been to this location many dozens of times over the last 8 years (including the pharmacy) and never had a bad experience. The store is clean, staff are friendly, pharmacy is quick and helpful. Hours are great too. They usually have great deals on candy, I’m always able to get diapers and wipes in a pinch, and they have a great selection of cards as well. It’s an excellent, well-maintained, and easily accessible store with lots of parking. I’m not sure why so many people are having bad experiences here, but it’s a convenience store so maybe chill out a bit.

I do not understand why the rating is so low here. I've never had a bad experience at this Walgreens. The employees have always been friendly, the store has always looked well taken care of, and the immunizations that I have received here have always been painless. Thanks so much!

Sadly, after multiple vaccine difficulties with 3 family members, system errors, and other problems at this location, I am switching to a different pharmacy.

Went there to pick up my pills, it was 1:25 and the rude older woman said they were closed for lunch. I thought lunch was 1:30. The second time I went for a covid shot and was informed they were too busy. Done with them, time to move to Wegman's, they don't shut down for lunch.

Every single time I need to get my prescriptions, there's an issue. It takes double the amount of time to complete a refill than any other pharmacy I've been too. Truly sucks to have to use this place in Spencerport

After waiting in line for others to be helped, then being invited to the counter by a representative I was informed that they could not fill a prescription because of lunch break. The metal gate was rolled down in my face and I was turned away. Why was I helped just to be turned away? Why did I wait in a line if they couldn’t help me in the first place?I called my Dr. to have the script sent to the Apothecary across the intersection. At the Apothecary (Very pleasant and helpful people)I was informed that the script had been opened and they couldn’t run it through insurance… How can Walgreens Lock up my script?1 Star is far to generous for Walgreens

Please provide a better training to your staff I understand why you're getting bad reviews online.was in the store earlier this evening 10/13 with my Son. one cashier was with another client, and the other one was just pretending not to see us (the blonde one). Another customer walked straight to her and she decided to ignore that we've been waiting in the line right in front of her. I did not want to make a scene in front of my Son and decided to walk out but made sure to say loud enough "let's go since they don't want to serve us here" that cashier looked at me as I was walking out, looking at me like i was all the sudden visible to her. Don't work in customer service when you don't want to serve "'everyone" i will just leave it at that.
