We called Arthur Hackert painting on a referral , We talked to the receptionist and was promised a return call from owner for an estimate. Waited several days no return call, Called again hopefully it was an oversight , No return call again , What bad customer service and I should have read the other bad reviews before we called this company. Bad customer service filters down in all aspects of a company . I
