Recently my daughter Juliette brought in her car stressing because another place told her that it was a major issue $1,300+ ;only to get a call from Tyler reassuring us that was was something simple and inexpensive;(who does that)? This is why I only use Tyler’s shop.

“Left a Mavis with a new tire and bent rim they said was fine, but I knew better. Henry Kulle Inc, put the tire on a new rim, balanced the tire, rotated all my tires, and did a full wheel alignment while I waited in under an hour for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. Will be back for all my tire/wheel needs. Very impressed.”
“Most honest auto shop ever. I Brought my car in after getting a 500$ quote from somewhere else. They gave me a quote for about half that and Called me within a few hours of dropping it off that after checking and test driving my car the repairs the other place insisted on, did not have to get done at all, and they didn't charge me anything.”

“I had an excellent experience with this business. I had arrived last week for a simple inspection on my new Triumph motorcycle I had just purchased in NJ (I live in NY). Unfortunately, before we could even start the inspection the bike suffered a total electrical failure and went dead right in front of the shop after I turned it off. Mortified and far from home with it getting dark out I started trying to figure out options for roadside assistance or trailers.
Amazingly, the owner Corey was kind enough to let me store the bike safely overnight until I could find help the next day. He also provided lots of help and suggestions and offered to help load the bike on the trailer I rented so I could return it to the Triumph dealer. In the end he invested a great of deal his time in my situation even though there was nothing for him to gain.
I would most certainly return to any business that provides this type of care and service to people (especially those who aren't even officially customers yet). Corey and his team are great and I wish them lots of luck and success.”
“Amazing amazing service I had a problem with my car's pre collision sensor cause there was a crack in the bumper so I went to my dealer and this guy started telling me that there is a problem in the back of the car and it's gonna cost a few hundred dollars just to diagnose it and thousands of dollars to fix...............so I went to itzys he was extra nice and he just straightened out the front bumper and reset the cars computer and walla everything was fine ...........and best of all he didn't even charge me a cent I will definitely be back when I need something .............”

“I was surprised at what a good experience I had with a body shop after I was rear-ended on I95. Other shops scared me by warning me that the other driver's insurance company would be a nightmare to work with. Columbus expressed confidence that everything would be fine, and it was. They've been in business for generations and I can see why. They know their stuff and are very helpful and professional. Gave me a ride to the train station when I dropped off my vehicle. They did a great job and returned my vehicle nice and clean. Definitely recommend!”
