They are going to claim I'm a fake review and that they don't have a record of me. Because they are unethical people running scams on hard working people.
I called for a tow when I came to pick up my car they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars, they even tried to convince me to scrap my car, they claimed to have worked on my car which is a lie and I never asked for any work to be done.
They held my car hostage and refused to provide an itemized bill. in the end I had to pay what they wanted other wise they would keep my car, which seemed to be their goal.
These guys are scammers and the reviews are bought.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Big Tows, Inc. Not only was I quoted an outrageous price for their service, but they also refused to provide an itemized bill via email when I asked, which felt extremely suspicious. Any reputable company should be willing to show a breakdown of their charges, but instead, they gave off scammy vibes by withholding the information.
To make matters worse, the staff was exceptionally rude. When I politely asked the representative not to have an attitude—since it was early on a Monday morning and I was trying to start the week on a positive note—she responded dismissively with, “THIS ISN’T AN ATTITUDE.” So much for professionalism.
After paying the ridiculous invoice, I finally received a breakdown and was shocked to see charges for services that were never performed. I was in a police car on-site the entire time and saw their driver leave without doing the work they claimed. This left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of on an already tough day.
Preying on people during some of their most difficult moments, and with such a nasty attitude, is appalling. I plan to report this company to the appropriate authorities to prevent others from having similar experiences. Save yourself the headache and avoid Big Tows, Inc.

My truck broke down turbo went bad. They came and towed truck to shop. Monica who runs that place started organizing soonest we pulled in. Second day I was on the road. Tow truck driver mechanics all of them nice and polite. Truly recommend place. Thank you Big tow!!!

Unfortunately my truck broke down on the highway Just by chance a Big tow flat bed driver passed by and get me a reasonable price for the tow and they even offered to repair my truck. This company was awesome and I would recommend them to any and everyone thanks big tow for everything

Go somewhere else! I was warned not to go here, but i gave it a shot. Nasty people with attitude. No idea what customer service means.
Edit* Since the response from the owner is typical as all other responses on prior reviews where they blame the customer and add lies.... nobody asked you to violate any rules, after spending 4 hours there because of your incompetency, I resolved the issue in 20 minutes myself, and then you refused the inspection with a nasty attitude.

Absolutely Phenomenal! I called my ‘BMW car care service’ & they tried to send a flatbed outta the Bronx! I was already waiting an hour. Big Tows is Phenomenal!!!! Dispatcher Anthony is Amazing. Tuned in, considerate, Respectful. Not to mention Super Fast service. I’m buying them dinner to show appreciation. Legit. They deserve it!!
