I attended an, involuntarily, mock sit in, during my first visit. I always thought that basic store policies where consistent. Surprisingly I was sadly mistaken. In regards to first come first serve, I found this to be a dream. I accompanied my companion to those locations to purchase a new phone. I originally placed Boost at the top of my list regarding new secondary service. For 25 minutes we waited while the only other patron was being helped. The sole associate had not only taken the information needed to complete our order. She had also taken 2 customers that later entered, ahead of us. We were totally ignored until I questioned her tactics. She was extremely argumentative and non-apoligentic. There was only one person ahead of us. and we instantly became 4th in line.
I immediately decided to scratch Boost off my list of carriers.
I will never enter or consider doing business with a company that does not train their associates basic Customer Service etiquette.
That was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. After 45 minutes of disrespect, she actually asked me why i was in so much of a rush.
No uniform, no name tag and no communicable skills!
AN HOUR LATER WE FINALLY COMPLETED A 15MIN TRANSACTION.

I'm a disabled vet went in there to ask him to switch phones for me I already have the phone just wanted to switch my info from one phone to the other one wanted 48 dollars. Didn't mind 10 but that's crazy

There's always a 20min+ wait when you come here and the staff never acknowledge your presence. They are not friendly. I asked the business owner a question about whether there was an activation fee if I did it on my own, at home, and he didn't know...lol.

I think this is the best prepaid mobile phone company. Always have rate rate. Excellent service. Been with them for 6 years. I don't regret at all switching over to boostmobile. Now you get $25 if someone referred you to switch. Look me up I'll tell you more
