Love this store I don’t know why people are hating about the people there super kind they help with any deals if they have any. This store is enjoyable and a pleasant to be at when u want a good deal. There was this Hispanic young lady who helped me with my shopping the last time I was there she was really sweet and helpful I don't know her name but she was wearing a plaided sweater I think... Love this store 10/10 will come back! ❤️

Very clean nice store, most times the staff is profesional.
I am not sure why but I went in there and a two staff members ,one named abigail, made fun of my name.
Then later on I asked the same person a question and she was super dismissive and rude . As a customer I should not have to be made fun of or treated that way , just for shopping for my baby, it was extremely unnecessary.

While the deals are fantastic, the staff used to be friendly and had a sensibility about baby-gift purchasers. The person who checked me out today did not demonstrate care for the items purchased. I purchased for over $140 and he put all the clothes, almost squished them, in a small bag and the way it was handed over was less than pleasant. It was interesting to note in his badge that he has more than 5 years of experience. I didn’t trust the other reviews until I experienced it first hand myself. This is not how it used to be pre Covid!

Racist, lied and said they do not give store credit on items purchased as a gift for my children. The white women before me was given store credit. Will definitely not be spending any money at carter's. I was treated as if I couldn't afford anything in the store.

Horrible experience!! I came in @6:52pm to make a sample 1 item return and as I was crossing the parking lot one of the employees closed the door and refused to expect my return as “the register was already closed” What happened to close the door @7pm as the schedule states? And then the manages VICTORIA came out and told me that they always close before 7pm. What a waist of my time!! Horrible customer service!

What a great store! They have clothes for both Boys (right) and Girls (left). Staff greets everyone as the trip the Bing-Bong chime at the entrance. The aisles are big enough to push a carriage through. They have a great selection of clothes for kids from preemie to 4-5 ish. My wife loves their clothes. This past trip we got stuff for our boy as well as our upcoming girl. Most other stores really favor girls clothes, and this place is no different. Not sure why, but anywhere you go, girls clothes are always cuter!!! They do have an amazing selection of boys clothes though!!! Staff is constantly cleaning up and putting clothes back where they belong. They also make sure that everything is folded properly. All in all a very nice store. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If you needs kids clothes, this is your HQ!
