I would recommend this location for its knowledgeable and helpful employees. My family was helped by G., who took extra time on a busy Saturday to make an appointment at a convenient time, wait for us through bad traffic, and help answer every question with expertise. He took the time to understand our situation and helped get everything right - even with the Chase App. In a world of hustle and declining customer service, G. showed what an asset he is to the company and branch office with his care and assistance. Keep up the great work! ???

The drive-thru ATM screen is NOT working, you can tap as hard as you want with your finger and it still doesn't work. I went after hours. And, of course, there was a too long line of people for the outside ATMs, so I had to go to the community bank across the street and use the ATM there.What are you waiting for to fix the drive-thru ATM?

Terrible customer service!I went to replace a damaged bill.The teller seemed annoyed I was there and was totally unwilling to help.When the teller went to the manager to (because she was to incompetent) the manager yelled at her for bothering her in front of clients she was meeting with!

I contacted Branch Manager Charmaine Lawrence via telephone in regard to my need for a Medallion Guarantee Stamp and was treated with the utmost in professional courtesy! She was so very receptive and informative. She invited me to the branch with no appointment needed. When my wife and I arrived she greeted us and took care of the task promptly and efficiently. Thank you so much Charmaine, you are a credit to professionalism!!!

This branch is closest to me and there always seems to be an issue with one of the ATMs.I am sitting in line at the drive thru ATM because (surprise, surprise) there is an issue with the walk up ATM.I have lost track of how many times I have pulled up to the drive-thru ATM only to see a message that they cannot accept check or cash deposits which means I have to find parking and go to the walk up ATM.The last time I was here at the drive thru ATM I deposited cash and a check. It took my check and $20 but spit back out $180 with a receipt that didn't reflect the transaction. This required me to call customer service the following day and thankfully they were helpful.Unfortunately ... it is literally always something ?

Nice carpet, beautiful furniture, but disgusting customer service, I'm waiting already for 41 minutes and no offer me help, besides of saying "someone will be with you momentarily"
