This was my first time at the CVS PHARMACY at my local TARGET store. I scheduled myself for a COVID-19 vaccine. The pharmacist gave me my shot and told me to sit there for at least 10 minutes.

Absolutely horrible place. Getting in touch with a live person is IMPOSSIBLE. I just hate this place. I wish I’d never had to change from Walgreens in Spring Valley. bad but CVS is a million times worse.
I was supposed to get a 90 day supply of medicine on May 11, 2024. That should end by August 11, 2024. But the supply is almost over today, June 22, 2024.
Someone is obviously stealing or cheating the medicines. Appalling.

Staff don’t acknowledge customers whenever they’re completing other tasks. They just let us stand there. Not cool!
Note: I’ve had great service (60% of the time).

Terrible pharmacy, the pharmacist yell on the phone instead of handling an upset and frustrated customer!!! Interrupting and raising their voice!! I wonder if that what how they learn to handle an angry customer who is making lots of phone calls back and forth between them and the doctor office trying to get an inhaler for asthmatic daughter for 2 days because they don’t have technicians to call the doctor office, the worst experience ever!!

This pharmacy is the best one in my opinion in the area. They know their regulars and almost always make sure your prescription is ready in reasonable time.
