Love ❤️ this store so many crafts. Great for gifts ,I bought my husband bosses daughter a bracelet making kit haven't given yet but know she's going to love. Prices are pretty fair.

Great store. Manager is not nice. Not sure why, can’t ask questions without an attitude. I can see if you have a bad day but it’s been like this for couple years. I’ve worked retail and even if I had a bad day, I try my best to serve the customers correctly. It’s always a bother to this manager. I hope they’re okay. If you work at an art store, as a manager, I’d hope you have some kindness and care for other creative people. And people in general. God bless.

The store is huge, clean and has everything but there weren’t any employees that could help. I was able to find one all the way in the back but she just pointed and said maybe over there. Then when I found one other employee on the floor she just pointed too and said somewhere over there. I eventually just pointed myself in the direction of the exit.

Had exactly what I was looking for, even with no experience. I had a tool belt break and needed to sew it up, I had no idea what I was doing, but the worker there was very kind and helpful, showed me where the heavy duty thread and thicker needles were, and even taught me a bit how to use them. 10/10, exactly what I wanted.

The Michael's in the Rockland Center is very nice! This location in particular seems very well put together. I came in to find picture frames and the aisle signs were easy to follow & I found what I came for. The use of the app definitely helps as well!

I love Michael's. This is where I get all of my art supplies . They have a great selection of things to choose from and are a great boost for my creativity. For years, I've been to Michael's, and it has been a great store to shop in and stock up on stuff I need. I just want them to have the best items they used to sell that should be added, like the Michael's years ago. The store now is okay too and will continue going because it's so good.
