“This is our second time using A. Fazio as our movers. In our line of work, we move around a LOT. We have learned you need to hire a good company to move your things or you will pay later in damaged items, hidden costs, etc. It is important to note that our company also believes in A. Fazio, because it will accept bids from them over others. There is a LONG track record here to base that acceptance on.I cannot recommend A. Fazio any higher. Both of our moves with them have been nothing short of incredible. There was a good price, lots of communication, special care taken with our things and a lot of "bending over backwards" to provide the best service we have ever seen in a moving company.While unloading our storage unit today, we discovered our last movers (NOT A. Fazio- shame on us), had hidden damaged boxes in the back of the unit where we could not see them until we unloaded 4 month later! Of course, this is now way beyond the time to report an issue. Let it be said we DID already report 3 other issues with that company. ugh. Never again.But back to the pros. A. Fazio came prepared and treated our things like they were their personal property. They worked quickly and very efficiently to load everything from 2 separate locations into our truck. One of the workers was a "Tetris" master, as he packed our things securely for the long ride ahead. I tend to be a nervous guy about these kinds of things, but I will not worry about this trip at all.Thanks A. Fazio for your amazing work for us today.”

“These guys are so super friendly and helpful...but here's the rub...when you can find someone. It does seem like the facility is actually "staffed" but if you wait long enough you'll find a driver dropping off and/or picking up a Pod for a delivery. They can help. But the door that says "open 9-5" is permanently locked.”

“My store closed permanently and we needed to move some fixtures from our store to another store and also dispose of some fixtures and hardware and these guys arrived on time and proceeded to do exactly what we needed them to do quick and efficient also after they left we realized we forgot to have them take a few more fixtures and called their office which without question called them to see if they were still close and since they were only 30 minutes away they came back with the same smiling personalities and took what we forgot to give them with any sense of frustration which I take as an amazing sign of awesome customer service. These guys were amazing and they 2 individuals I spoke to in the office were so delightful to speak with that if I ever need this type of work done I'm definitely calling them. “We just had the most wonderful moving experience with Nippon Express Seattle and Nippon Express USA New York/New Jersey (aka "Nittsu"), who handled our 3-bedroom house move from Seattle to New York! From the initial walk-through and planning to moving-out day to move-in day, we couldn't be happier or more impressed with Nittsu's care, efficiency, thoroughness, customer service, and understanding of our needs. I would give them 10 stars if possible! Let me mention by name three of the excellent staff who helped us. Mr. Hattori is the regional Seattle manager, and he was simply wonderful every step of the way. If I could recommend or vote for any kind of bonus or "Manager of the Year" award for anyone, he'd be my guy. My second vote would go to his field supervisor, Mr. Koji. When they walked through our home to take our inventory and measurements, etc., their comments and questions signaled that they knew what they were doing. Some items needed special care and packing, which was handled beautifully. For example, we have a vintage 10-foot-long dining room credenza with 2 heavy and brittle 1" thick slate tops. Mr. Hattori commissioned special wooden padded crates to be built to hold them during the transport cross-country. They arrived in perfect condition, thank you! Ms. Miyauchi was the New York office Nittsu staff who supervised the delivery operation, and she was just wonderful and attentive every step of the way. We had some last minute delivery schedule changes to deal with (not Nittsu's issue), but Ms. Miyauchi and Mr. Hattori were very gracious and efficient in helping us, thank you! This was actually the third time my Japanese wife and I have used Nippon Express for domestic cross-country U.S. moves. Each of these moves was bigger and more complicated than the one before, but each time, they come through with a plan and execution that exceed our expectations. Their quotes are toward the higher end to begin with, but for the peace of mind and attention that they bring to an admittedly anxiety-provoking situation, they are worth it! He was so responsive and understood the situation and what was needed to help Alice move into her new home. He was so patient as the closing date of her home kept moving, which meant her moving date to assisted living kept changing. This is a family-owned business, and the owner, Joe, came to my house himself to estimate the cost - and ended up doing so very accurately. He communicated well, and made me feel like he was caring for a family member.
