“Joe is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable despite the fact that he is extremely over worked. He is the only good thing about the property. Out of all the times I’ve been to the site he is the only employee that I’ve ever seen working and trying to maintain this rat infested garbage property. For all the rent raises you would think the higher ups would take proper care of this property and give him the help he needs”

“I really wanna give a shout out to Renata. The person whose unit I’m cleaning out had lost the key to their lock and Renata had to use some kind of circular saw to get the lock. In addition, I had bought a new lock, but in packing up my car could not find it and she gave me one to borrow overnight. That is truly Above and beyond service and I just wanted to be sure that everybody knows it’s a great facility here with great people nice and clean.”
