Horrible service. Went back 3 times to resolve a deposit issue and every time there was another reason why they couldn't help, their policy keeps changing by the day, wasted hours on this. And they show no care whatsoever, they couldn't care less.

I had a bad experience with the assistant manager she was rude and unprofessional I don’t know how she become an assistant manager with that attitude terrible service from her. There were 2 other people a Spanish girl and a guy they both answer my questions and were so helpful. I would recommend them two so nice and polite.

I saw other comments stating bad customer service, however in my experience with them, it is totally untrue. they will work with you to help you with your issues and really come toward you to meet your needs.The old ATM machine used to be a bit uncomfortable, but they just got it replaced with a brand new one, compatible with what you'll find in any "brand-name" bank. Highly recommended!
