About Peace Through Play Nursery School

Celebrating 25 years in 2026, Peace Through Play Nursery School offers a play-based, child-directed, and nature-based early childhood program for young children aged 2.9 - 5. We are located on two and a half acres of beautiful wooded property in Chestnut Ridge, NY and our preschool proudly serves families from New York and New Jersey.

    My neice went here for several months and woke up every morning asking to go to school. Alan and his staff are well trained and responded to our families needs. I cannot recommend another day care and the full day program is wonderfully affordable. If you can get a spot, take it!
