BED BUGS!!! STAY AWAY! I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED READING THE OWNERS RESPONSE, WE SHOWED HIM PHOTOS OF THE BED BUGS, HE EVEN ASKED US TO EMAIL HIM THE PHOTOS WHICH WE DID. 15 REVIEWS SAY THEY HAVE BED BUGS AND THEY DIDN'T FIND ANY!!!! OUTRAGEOUS. I WILL ESCALATE THIS ISSUE TO CHOICE HOTELS AS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I don't know why posting photos is disabled here, well, maybe i do. But I just posted them on TripAdvisor. I have several.. We didn't read reviews, just needed a place to crash before a hike. Checked in,
within minutes of laying down, bed bugs started coming out, good thing we did not turn the lights down, we would not see them. We caught 5 immediately. We couldn't pack fast enough. The front desk pretended they had no idea, in the meantime, there was a big stash of mattresses in the hallway, which clearly indicated an issue.

Towels 's rooms were dirty, and so were the carpets. The breakfast was very minimal at best. For almost 200 dollars a night, they need to up the game for sure. Blankets were very scratchy.

Oh my gash this real hell ! I did not get sleep all night there’s no phone in the room I called few times to the front desk from my cell phone , No answer ! It’s just not good at all right next to high way ! Very very very noise traffic run like crazy ! I do not wish stay here it’s a lot of money not to get rest at all ! I paid $210 for 2nights ! List goes on but I am so tired to explain!No breakfast , No bread, no bagel, no eggs, no meat, no muffins, no fruit, I don’t know why choice is not doing anything, they need to inspect all these properties they don’t care , it’s sad , all they want money No service ! It’s very sad
Noteworthy details: It’s right next to highway you will feel in war ! Very noisy traffic run like crazy ! No sleep at all !

Really bad the people there look at some of the women with not such..respective views to say the least as well it’s really hard to find this hotel it smells like smoke no lights in my bathroom the tub had holes the beds blanket itchy and uncomfortable the window being close to the parking make me uncomfortable the yelling from others scared me the bed being a cold and somewhat wet it feels unsafe for me and my family I wouldn’t recommend..
Safety: Doesn’t feel safe at all with the yelling and banging you can hear.

Location is very convenient if you're traveling along the NY state Thruway, the attendant did his job (just needed a room key) but the room smells stale and the carpet seems like it hasn't been shampooed in years.

Pool is closed after being advertised on website. Mold in the tub with horrible water pressure and blood spots on the curtain (have pictures if needed). Front desk clerk complained about giving us extra towels and wanted us to leave a deposit. Will never stay here again!!

The front desk guy was very nice but the room stunk wasn't clean was falling apart. We ended up leaving and finally booking a diff place at 3am!! Disappointing as was supposed to be birthday night jacuzzi celebration. Really false advertising on websites. Rooms look nothing like advertisements

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
When we arrived we were given the slime room card already occupied! Needless to say, the person sleeping there was not happy to be woken up by strangers!
We managed to get another room, but it was in terrible condition! We found dirty underwear under the chair, hairs all over the floor and even on the walls, mold, hairs on the sheets, etc. As it was very late and we were accompanied by a child, we had no choice in staying.
They refused to clean the room until the next morning and we received no compensation for the inconvenience.
Plus, the included “lunch” consisted of make-your-own waffles, apples, oranges and Fruit Loops.
I loved it and will never set foot in this establishment again. Very disappointed with Quality Inn!

i m check in with my group and i have 2 reservation and i have been told 1 of my room give it to someone else also when i enter in the room it smell like weed in there after i talk to front desk agent and he will refuse to change our room and very rude also abusive he told us there is no more room if u want to stay u can stay or get the hell out a here and i left the property next morning i will trying to talk to manager front desk agent name zayan she is so rude and has been told u want get any money back also no one wants to transfer my phone to manager and dont want to refund me at all right now i dealing with $360 thats just gone also want get any reply from the hotel no more staying here at this property also aware people please dont stay here they are not just rude they abusive ,and cheaters
