These guys helped me with a check engine light issue that the dealer would charge an arm and leg for but this shop was knowledgable and did the job in less than 1 hour after we had parts ordered and was amazing work. Thank you!!!

Our family has been going to this shop for a decade plus and every single service has been done incredibly well! Not only are they efficient and fast with their service they’re also honest people who will give you great advice on car related topics — something most mechanics don’t even do. To find a place that truly cares about their clientele and are passionate about what they do is a rarity nowadays but, the mechanics here especially Wassem create a homely atmosphere that takes away the stress of coming to the mechanic (especially with me being a woman). It undeniable that they are the best at what they do and all the great reviews reflect that. Don’t ever stress yourself out about finding a mechanic ever again because Spring valley auto is the best in the game!

If you're looking for a business which provides exceptional service, absolutely no BS, here is the place for your car. Haseem and his staff are beyond knowledgeable, they're not ones to take advantage of customers, and very straightforward forward. I respect the nature of the workers, they work terrific as a team. No bad vibes nothing like that and keep the focus on the customers as they should. I've seen instances where difficult customers challenge the workers and even still, always kept professional. Overall, very good service. I'd definitely recommend here to others✅

This place is absolutely fantastic! I visited for a wheel alignment, and they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Unlike other places that charge double and fail to complete the job properly, this place is on another level. The staff are incredibly nice and respectful. I even asked them if they could make sure to park my car in a spot where no one would be able to open their door next to me, and they happily obliged. I will definitely be returning for more wheel alignments and other services. Thank you, guys!

with so many auto shops near me to choose from, I still bypass them and drive 45 minutes to this repair shop. I've been bringing my car to Waseem since I had a 10 year old forester I refused to get rid of. I've had to move on to replace my subaru, but not my guys.
once I find honest, knowledgeable people to do business with, I keep doing business with them. it's the same with a doctor, manicurist, hairdresser. I would recommend waseem and his team anytime and everytime.

I wanted to make an oil change. They told me I would have to wait a half hour, and then the work would take another half hour. After waiting nearly two hours, they told me they had no idea when they could do it. I might wait another five hours. It’s a disgusting place. I stayed in the building, and they got my keys. They gave me a bad attitude when I asked how long I had to wait. They replied to my post with a big “lei” that I had left and then returned. I scrolled down the reviews here and saw the owner is doing this for everybody. They say, unfortunately, you forgot to mention this and that when the story never happened the way he said that happened.
