Ordered ahead for a pickup of a single item. Go there an hour later and the order is not ready. I go and retrieve the item myself and return to a ridiculous line with one person working behind the counter.I have to now cancel my online order and buy the same thing again. Not the best customer service and definitely not a time saver.

Avoid this Target location. Self checkout woman acting like people are trying to steal a bag lettuce, and Jorge the supposed “manager” with no name tag desperately needs some customer service training

Good hours, usually helpful people around the store, massive selection. If you're looking for a brand name clothing I wouldn't say this is the best store. But definitely has very nice stuff.

2 registers opened on a Saturday afternoon/evening! Then you stand in a line and they close the register out of nowhere while people waiting, Unbelievable!

I came to the store to get one item, and had to wait 30 min to pay, there was only one cashier for the entire store, a bit ridiculous, 20-30 ppl all waiting on the same line, self checkout closed, horrible service... ? ?

About the only good thing about this Target is that it's less of a disaster than the Clarkstown store. At least this one doesn't look like it's been raided by Vikings. Otherwise this store is terrible. The employees are the definition of incompetent. Don't place an order for pickup unless your intention is to waste the next three hours of your life trying to correct their mistakes. They will make substitutions that make no sense (ordered travel Kleenex, they said they were out so substituted it with a full size multi pack of tissues - not a valid substitution), or the order will be missing six items, but you still got charged for them. Every order comes with a lot of waiting on hold for customer service to fix mistakes. The store is fine, as long as you don't need to interact with the employees at all. If you do, then I wish you the best of luck.

Loved this store till recently.
They don't have some basics needed.
And closing the self checkout after 8pm with only 2 registers open, crazy long lines...
