I am thrilled with the 2 custom pieces we designed for my living room- they came out beautifully! Everyone at Furniture Plus was wonderful, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with them from start to finish.Miki is a patient, talented and knowledgeable designer who made great suggestions. There was an abundance of choices of color, design etc and she helped me narrow down my options. The installation went smoothly, with knowledgeable and hard working installers. I could not be more pleased with this experience and the excellent service and attention I received. I highly recommend Furniture Plus!

HORRIFIC doesn't even begin to describe my experience. Long story short - Ultimate Kitchen makes you pay in full before they deliver. 18 months later my kitchen is still NOT completed. After MANY attempts to contact them, they gave me the run around. Finally, I had to file a complaint with consumer protection. Not only did they not finish the job, they actually damaged my wall, ceiling and installed damaged cabinetry, uneven trim work, chipped granite and did not install it to the specs as discussed at design time. They used the wrong color caulk, wrong trim work, panels cut too short, cracked doors they left me in debris and saw dust. Overall a ZERO star. After I filed my complaint with consumer protection, they corrected a few items and they still have not finished. I would post photos, but unfortunately I do not see any options for that on here.Services: Kitchen design

Ken is top notch! but the Installation team are the worst of the worst,they will blame every thing ie the wall is not straight ,the ceiling not straight this defeats the whole purpose of spending a bunch of money for a bookcase or kitchen cabinets made to measure!they will demand all the money by the installation time and then you will have to chase about 6 months after them to make good, for example, wrong door hinges, slanting shelves,nails highly visible in the wood,Etc.Till they wil replace the installation team, keep well away from them! Go elsewhere even if you end up paying more, it's well worth it, as you will be saving yourself a lot of aggravation

I am looking for a wall unit for my den. Miki is so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, so willing to listen without pushing anything. We're still working on it but I'm sure we'll figure it out together. Very positive experience. Highly recommend!

Some people have some serious attitude issues there. I’m not going to write names but if you’ve dealt with them then you know who I’m talking about.Just stay away from there and use a place where they respect the customer.

If I can give this company no star I would have! They have been the worst company to deal with. We ordered our kitchen, and nothing crazy custom, mostly stock cabinets, and they are still NOT done. We've complained week after week, they LIE and say things are ordered and when they come in, it's all wrong. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
