“My cat, Max, scares easily and doesn’t like being around new people. It takes her a long time to warm up to people. But Dr. Parker and the vet tech were so amazing and sweet that Max warmed up to them instantly. Their suggestions to treat Max’s issue also worked great. I highly recommend them.
Update:
This past December, our Max crossed the rainbow bridge during a routine visit to Dr. Parker’s office. She did everything to save her but it wasn’t possible. The only reason I held it together at the office was because Dr. Parker reassured me it wasn’t my fault and it was just Max’s time. It’s been the most difficult time for our family, made easier by Dr. Parker’s kindness and compassion. What’s surprising is she didn’t charge us anything for all she did to save Max. We’ll never forget what she did for us during the darkest day of our lives ❤️”
“The Valley Cottage Animal Hospital is truly exceptional! With February being Dental Cleaning Month, we had both of our dogs undergo their cleaning today, and once again, we were beyond impressed. The level of trust we have in their expertise and guidance for every aspect of our dogs’ health is unmatched. The entire staff is not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and compassionate.
Patricia Collins, DVM, sets a remarkable standard for both professionalism and generosity. She is always patient with our many questions, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. She often goes the extra mile— today she helped me take our dogs to the car after their procedures. Afterwards, she ran back outside just to give our “boys” treat bags in celebration of Dental Cleaning Month so we wouldn’t leave without them . Her kindness and dedication truly make all the difference.

Mike, the vet tech, and Dr. Fisher get right on the floor to ease your pup’s fears, and handle your fur baby with such care and compassion. Dr. Fisher is knowledgeable not just in traditional western medicine, but he also explores eastern and holistic routes to treat the cause of the issue. Going to the vet is not a pleasant experience for any animal, but Dr. Fisher’s way of approaching our pup with such care and tenderness helped to lessen his anxiety and make the process less stressful for both Niklaus and us. “Our regular vet did not treat small animals, so I was very happy to find All Creatures. I had recently gotten a pair of gerbils for my daughter. The gerbils had a problem with mites which were biting them and us. Dr. Wong and his assistant were professional and gentle with our pets. Dr. Wong was able to identify the mites and gave us an effective treatment and advice on how to prevent further issues. Will definitely return for all our small animal needs.”
