This place is terrible, I have an account I collect income from a property i own.
One day I came in to withdraw funds and they acted like I was committing fraud and gave me the worst attitude. I am black man and this miss treatment was committed by a black woman.
Eventually after excessive questioning and and multiple ID verifications, along with sitting me down with the branch manager, they realize I was legit, mind you I was only withdrawing a few hundred dollars, in account that had several thousand.
This racist teller gave me a terrible experience.

A week (7 days) before a trip to Hong Kong, I went into this branch and requested Foreign currency and was told it would be delivered to the branch in 48 hours. Days pass and the Fed Ex location keeps saying delayed in Mahwah… I politely went into this branch (Spring Valley) 2 days before my trip explaining my issue and requesting a refund foe the $500 that was taken from my account in exchange for the foreign currency. They claimed to email some department and I would receive a refund in 24-48 hours. Fast forward 72 hours, I am now in Hong Kong and a Wells Fargo supervisor calls me saying my currency is there to pick up at the Spring Valley location. I politely let him know I had already left the country and I spoke with 2 different employees 2 days and the day before I left so there should be no reason why a 3rd supervisor is calling me to tell me my foreign currency is there when I’m expecting a refund. That was now 3 days ago, I can’t get in contact with anyone from the branch, no one answers the phone and I’m still waiting for my $500 to be refunded to my checking account. Thank God, I never travel broke because if it was a life/death situation and I really needed my $500, I would be screwed. This branch deserves a “F” for customer services and communication and I will politely tell any supervisor this when I return to America in 6 days!

This is the second time I come and the second time I am refused service. very rude girl at the computer, who is second from the front door! I do not recommend going to this address. There is a much better one just up the road, on Route 59, with very good service and very nice staff!

Totally wasted my time. I was very accurate of my description of the address of the business. They said all I needed was proof of the new address which I brought and it’s always something else but Wells Fargo I wouldn’t recommend opening up any type of business in Wells Fargo I’m going back to Chase.

An excellent bank for me, the best, the very qualified and professional staff, they are very kind and cordial in their attention, they make you feel at ease better than other banks where I was discriminated against from my own experience, I say it, that is why I recommend this bank, very grateful for the attention.

Absolutely disgusting ? the ATM stole my money and when I went in to try and explain the situation they basically justified stealing my money and that I would have to wait ten days to get my money back. Absolutely disgusting. WELLS FARGO IS A THEIF! Strong possibility I will also be taking legal action.

at times I like this bank when its a simple teller transaction. they never pick up the phone, and the bank mgr was very pushy, trying to sell me credit cards, and other accounts I didnt need. One mgr had his pants down around his but half way...looked very sloppy overall as well, I've lost trust in this bank. Banks should be consistent and helpful, professional, not pushy, sloppy and difficult to get someone on the phone. Their rates are also super low when others are much much higher.

I went there to get checks, the lady in the front Angeline said my name doesn't match with the name in the account, I explain that I changed my name, I gave her my new ID because she requested it and she didn't help me, the tone on her voice wasn't nice.Afterwards the manager Stephanie came, they talk about me and laugh so hard that everyone in that place could hear them making fun of me. If you're a part of LGBTQ+ they will screaminate you.

MONDAY MAY 15TH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 4:00PM AT SPRING VALLEY WELLS FARGO. I WASN'T SEEN UNTIL 4:20 PM BECAUSE APPARENTLY SOMEONE WHO DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BUT WANTED SOMETHING NOTARIZED WAS PUT IN FRONT OF ME . ONCE I WAS SEEN I TOLD THE ASSOCIATE I WANT TO OPEN A MINOR PERFORMER TRUST ACCOUNT. THE ASSOCIATE EXPRESSED TO ME THEY HAVE ONLY DID THIS ONCE AND IT WAS SIX OR SEVEN YEARS AGO AND WAS UNSURE HOW TO OPEN A PERFORMER TRUST ACCOUNT. THE ASSOCIATE CALLED THE BACK OFFICE FOR ASSISTANCE. THE BACK OFFICE AND ASSOCIATE TOLD ME MY CHILD MUST HAVE AN AGENCY OR A JOB BOOKED IN ORDER TO OPEN A PERFORMER TRUST ACCOUNT. THEY BOTH SAID THIS EVEN AFTER I GAVE THE ASSOCIATE THE FORM WITH THE REQUIREMENTS I NEED IN ORDER TO BOOK A JOB OR AN AGENCY. THE ASSOCIATE ALSO SAID MAYBE I CAN GO TO A DIFFERENT BANK AND MAYBE THEY CAN OPEN ONE FOR ME. THE ASSOCIATE WAS LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT AND THEY WASTED MY TIME. I WALKED OUT THE BANK WENT ON WELLS FARGO AND CONTACTED NYACK WELLS FARGO BRANCH AND EXPRESS TO THEM THAT I WANT TO OPEN A MINOR PERFORMER TRUST ACCOUNT. I WENT ONLINE BOOK MY APPOINTMENT FOR MAY 16TH. THE ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL I ALSO GAVE HER THE REQUIREMENTS I NEED IN ORDER OBTAIN AN AGENCY OR BOOK A JOB. SHE ALSO CALLED THE BACK OFFICE , WHICH I'M SURE IS THE SAME FOR ANY BRANCH AND NOW WE HAVE OUR MINOR PERFORMER TRUST ACCOUNT. IT WAS VERY SIMPLE. I WAS QUITE CONFUSED WHY SPRING VALLEY WELLS FARGO COULD NOT DO THE SAME. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE FORM AND SEE THE REQUIREMENTS AND KNOW THAT I NEED A TRUST ACCOUNT BEFORE JOBS CAN BE BOOKED. RIDICULOUS AND FOOLISH. THANK YOU NYACK WELLS FARGO.

I thought I’d have a good experience with this bank but they just leave out so much important information or they all say something different every time I’d go and they stole from my account, thinking about sueing
