Hello.
My certified pre owned vehicle broke down at Costco oceanside parking lot i had to run home to get ready for an event I was able to call Alfaro who was able to pass by my home retrieved the keys to the vehicle and towed it to the shop for repairs.
Now this is service a bit above what i would consider normal and the cost was was fair.

I’m just here to share my experience I’ll try my best to keep it short as possible. My car broke down in a restricted area, no body came to my rescue no matter how much businesses I called, Alfaro motors was then recommended and they assisted me with call the right people to get me off the highway, they then took my car to their shop and they then helped me fixed a problem I’ve been having for almost 2 years. I was at the point where I wanted to sell my car. But thanks to Alfaros team of experts it’s been 8 months and I have not had car issues not once.

I was in Queens visiting for the holidays and had a car accident, my friend recommended this company however I was skeptical of using businesses that I’ve never used before to work on my car. After they got the job done, all I could say was wow! The interaction from start to finish was amazing. The workers were so kind, when they called Anthony he was so empathetic. He guided me through the process so I could get a rental through my insurance. They worked diligently and relentlessly to have my car up and running in no time.

If you are looking for tow services, auto repairs or anything of that sort please look no further you’ve found the right business. Alfaro Motors services can be compared to none. I needed some work done on my car in a timely manner, and they worked with me, they understood my needs and my the entire process so simple. Not to mention I could contact them at anytime and someone would always answer the phone and provide me with an update. I was so worried about what my cost would be, but they reassured me that not only are the prices for their services affordable but I also had the option to go through my insurance. I am so so glad I came across this business and used them.

Very professional and courteous

Wouldn’t leave my car here with these people if my life depended on it. They lied and misled us in a desperate attempt to extort us for money after our car was brought to their shop after an accident . Fortunately, our car insurance figured out what was happening and with much difficulty ( a whole week) we were finally able to get our car towed to a more reputable business. Beware of Anthony, he’s a fast talker who (along with his employees) will call and harass you non-stop if he sees that things are not going his way. I’m pretty sure they predicted I would leave a review and were attempting some damage control. Can’t speak to the quality of work, but the business is shady.
UPDATED RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Again more misinformation. Any normal person would not just ask for a repair shop to cover their towing. It was OFFERED as apart of the scam so they could have leverage later to hold the car hostage. The towing company purposely did not contact State Farm to cover the costs even though that was the normal procedure. Instead they contacted their buddies at Alfaro and gave them my information so that Anthony could lure me me to the shop.
If you don’t believe me, go read the 1 star reviews for this business and Quality Automotive towing. It is actually kind of scary how many people have had the exact same experience. Do your research before signing any papers.
