Great memories of this store in the 1970s and now in 2023. The same people still own and operate it. Was glad to see Josef after all these years!!

I went back to return some cheese sliced from the deli. When I opened it at home it was shiny and wet and didn't smell/taste right. $2.79 was the price. They told me that's the way the cheese is supposed to be AND it melted in the sun. (Opposing ideas.) Never have I had wet BH Lacey Swiss cheese. Anyway, no refund/exchange, $2.79 mind you, and I will just let my wallet do the talking. ZERO dollars will go to this store in the future. ZERO stars should be a Yelp choice. PS, they also have inferior produce and cats roam around freely. Now Laurelton is a true food desert for me. I will continue to drive to Nassau County for my needs.

They are too expensive for no reason! The prices can be way lower for the amount of support they get from the community. I only go there out of convenience because Walmart and Trader Joe's are not close, plus they are rammed.

Very clean, and pleasant. Usually a Key Food's are very busy and unneighborly if that makes sense. However I didn't feel that way here, felt like I had been there before. Easy to find items, and the isleing made Easy and common for a new customer as myself. Saturday night guick run-in fast and surprisingly not crowded at all. Products are everyday uses and bot many subs th I had to make. Prices are lower than I expected and was happy with. So I hope that your experience is as good as it was for me. And enjoy. That best part of all..making it home.

These charging stations are a waste of time. It took a half hour to put 5 miles of range. This is not a good choice for a quick fast charge.

There's a couple of cashiers in here that need a major attitude adjustment.A few months ago, I was being rung up for quite a few items and the cashier didn't ask me if I needed a bag. So I asked her if they were out of bags, and she said "every time you come in here you always say you don't want one", which is true in some cases when I have like 2 or 3 things. But this time around, I definitely had too many items to carry, so out of common sense I definitely could've used two or THREE bags. The way this woman talked to me, you would've thought there was a deeper issue between us, but to preserve my peace, I just laughed and went along my way.So after that, every time I shopped here, this specific cashier along with maybe two other colleagues, would specifically get into a passive aggressive interaction with me over a damn paper bag. All seemingly because of that one time. GROWN ASS FOOLS. I've definitely made it a mission to observe them when I shop here, because who wants to be caught off guard with negative vibes? So today, the same cashier rung me up for a few things and DID NOT ask me for a bag, which I was totally aware of, but didn't mind. She ended up immediately ringing up another customer, so I dug up 5 cents in my purse and gently handed it to her. She looks at me shocked and says "what's this for?", and I told her "oh I'm just gonna take one of these bags" and she just copped an attitude once again. She said " I asked if you wanted a bag and you said no". SHE TOTALLY LIED. SHE DIDN'T ASK. A customer at another register was a witness to her attitude and shook her head in disbelief. Still trying to keep the peace, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and said if that were true, why is this reaction even necessary? I was giving her the 5 cents, so I could bag it up myself with no issue. She clearly took offense and then said that I was the one making a big deal out of it lol. So I told her "I gave you 5 cents for the bag and you gave me an attitude, so who is making a big deal?" And she literally looked at me and said "YOU" lol. IGNORANT.When I got to my car, I was so upset, and I said to myself I had enough of this store. I'm starting to feel like they intentionally want to argue. So I went back in and returned EVERYTHING. Would you believe this b*tch was still acting a fool Lol. I started going OFF and told her and a few of her colleagues about themselves and also told them to stop f*ckin with me. It became an emotional thing for me after it was all said and done, but I was so tired of having this ongoing negative engagement at this store, so it was only right I addressed it. A manager came out and was really understanding about it, and also helped with the return. I will never return to this store out of bare principle. NO RESPECT FOR THEMSELVES, MUCH LESS THEIR CUSTOMERS. I'm definitely not missing out on anything and you probably aren't going to either. This review was LONG overdue.Stop & Shop is a just a few blocks away, with better prices and produce.

Manager errors not keeping there customers happy. If you get an item for one price that the shelf says. Then when it rings up another price and you tell the cashier that isn't the price you saw it for. They call there manager on the floor he tells the customer the price on the register is the correct one and you tell or ask that he needs to give it for the price on the shelf and then he disagree to give it to the customers and get an attitude like you buy it or leave but that the price. And make it worst they had the same item in 3 places with the same price and still he wouldn't honor the price.

I do enjoy coming here because they have certain things and most places don't have but their fruit and vegetables are left to be desired
