I like shopping at Rainbows Stores. I find really good deals, and a occasional great dressy outfit. I normally shop here for sweat suits, socks and accessories. I must say customer service is going day by day. When I walked up to the register the young lady didn't greet me, she was to busy on a phone call having an entire conversation, she picked her head up to ask if that's all I was getting. I walked over to grab a peer of socks and she yelled from across the register you owe me 80.00 and change. I said excuse me. You need to learn better customer service skills. I told her she should have said your total comes to 80.00 dollars. Our young people need customer service training and these retail stores are not providing that... SMH

They also close a lot earlier then they are supposed to. They are supposed to be open until 9 pm. This is the 3rd time inn2 weeks They have closed more than 30 mins ahead of closing time.

Worst rainbow store. The dark Spanish women are rude and will not help you. They had a sign for 10% off through text and they literally would not help me. Ignored me and went to ring up other customers. Just unprofessional and rude

Store is supposed to close at 8 per their website and google. Arrived at 7pm the door was locked and was advised very rudely that the register was already closed. Do Better

Store didn't have no mirrors to look at stuff on you or against your body. Everything was so packed and tight barely room to walk. I lasted maybe 5 mins before i just walked out.
